I arrived at the dispensary 8:56 and the security didn't let me in, he literally Lutron off the light as I was walking in, he could've have let me but since there was more people inside maybe he was having a bad day cause he said, no and was rude. If I get to the store when they are not officially closed and the store hours say 9 pm why would they not let me in I understand it's a little rushed but I've been a loyal customer to this dispensary since the beginning. I am upset and that is poor customer service. If it was already 9 I would understand but he turned the light off as I was walking in. There was an older grey haired lady with plugs and she was so rude. :-( Not sure if it was necessary or she was having a bad day. Was discriminated against at this HPC. Was rudely told to "stay with my group" for no reason, I have never been spoken to that way at any dispensary or really anywhere in my life. Also overpriced. "Legendary Organics" is so much better and has a bigger selection. You'd think in 2024 you wouldn't be looked as suspicious for no reason. Do better HPC. read more

this was probably the least friendly dispensary ive been to. to start, there's no goodies for coming for the first time or bringing new clients. prices are alright, there's good deals on some things but others are hiked up. customer service was just really cold, sort of got the impression they didn't really appreciate their customers and just wanted them in and out. it's a beautiful dispensary, prices can be decent, but ultimately they just weren't the kindest. element 7 for the fuckin win. read more
