We arrived early and the place was nearly empty. I walked around their DVD area and picked up one my son wanted. I then went to purchase the new Arianna album with my other selections. The lady at the register was very nice and informative. She gave me some freebies since I was getting the album, which was a pleasant surprise. The DVDs were a little expensive ($5) but they have cheaper sections (near the front doors) so you can surely find something good there. I will definitely return as they also have a neat 2nd floor that has some nice gifts and other trinkets.

Maybe add a rockin' coffee bar?! The traditional model of foreigners arriving and putting the exact same products on the shelves as the guy across the street without any sense of differentiation, no marketing plan, mediocre customer service; it's all rather tired and not an attractive addition to the community. Then expecting customer loyalty and offering cash discounts such as "Sure you can pay me an extra $5 bucks for being stupid enough to walk in the door." The best vapes are available in Agoura Hills at The Treasure Chest for 25% less. And you don't have to pay for fluorescent lighting sure to provide a head ache on your way in. Seemingly entirely uninterested in knowing their market, just stock up, add some tacky cheap jewelry and open the doors. This isn't downtown Chinatown but they keep repeating the theme, not offering anything, no incentive to return and ultimately make me feel like garbage for patronizing them at all. No one is bad. No. But no one even TRIES to be wonderful. A strong theme in all kinds of businesses lately wherein creativity and innovation are checked at the lease signing.
