I placed an order and i had to wait for 7 hours. They didnt cancel my order or bother telling me they couldnt fulfill it, no contact, couldn't cancel the order, couldn't get a hold of anybody via e-mail, call or anything else, and it's a delivery order so I had to wait at home all day. I understand it's 420 but they should be prepared or turn off the online ordering if they can't handle it. That and they have my money on hold so I can't even think about shopping somewhere else because they can charge me at any second. Edit: they delivered the order about 4pm the next day, the driver told me they prioritize in store orders when it's busy, like I said I understand, but maybe turn off the online ordering or something lol. The owners of this dispensary truly know good customer service. They had a long line of people a couple Sundays ago and the owner made sure to get extra staff on the floor to help and was enthusiastic and effective about making sure everyone got helped in a timely manner.
