1 / 1 Having recently been diagnosed with psoriasis, I was having a hard time finding something that wasn't a steroid to help with the itchy, burning mess my hands had become. I was talking with Lori about it one day and, after doing her research, she told me to try West Beach Collective's Blue Sage Topical Healing Cream (Citrus Cedar) and the Proof High CBD drops. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Street parking and limited private parking available. You are greeted by front window staff as well as a security guard. You need a valid ID to check in. This place is clean and bright with a touch of personal artwork. The waiting room has available art for sale as well. Also keep in mind that there are no public restrooms available. They accept cash and credit cards here, which is AWESOME. They do have an ATM inside, but it charges a fee. No refunds on opened items. Prices on their website INCLUDES tax. I've been a customer at this location since 2016 using their delivery method. After she reopened in 2017, I just make the 35 minutes trip to shop here. This place has come a LONG way and I can't help but continue to support it. read more

What do you do when the guy you're dating suddenly shows up as tagged in a bunch of his ex's old photos on instagram? If you answer anything but go through literally every one of their photos and stories from the beginning of time on, then I don't know what to say. I thought I was human but maybe I'm... paranoid? I dunno. But curiosity killed this cat... or relationship, I guess. The point is, I have extensively googled the shit out of every person I've ever been on a date with and been through every photo they've ever been tagged in PLUS every photo of the person who posted that photo's photo. Is it healthy? probably not. Is it human? I think so. I hope. But you know what? That's not everyone's hot take. Turns out. Another thing, possibly related but possibly unrelated is that I realized I don't really like weed that much. On a federal level, I don't like it at all. On a state and medicinal level, I think it's an excellent way to try to fall asleep, even if it gives you super human hearing (or convinces you of such) but a better option for someone like me is CBD. It more absent of the anxiety or paranoia side-effects you might experience with weed and more of the light euphoria. Nothing too happy, but just like, ya know... maybe I can have an ok day today sort of feeling. Which is a nice little treat for a depressive like myself. Sespe has a really nice little shop where you basically get a private tour guide to answer your questions and get all your goods. They have a small but potent selection of CBD items that I'd like to think took the edge off but, ya know, obviously not enough for me to not google every person I've ever had sex with and then... ya know... every person they've ever had sex with... and then, ya know... you find yourself looking at a decade old baby registry or the wedding dresses someone was hopeful for on pinterest in their past relationship. The prices were higher than I was expecting or as compared to places more local to me in northern California but this place is also a lot more 'designer-y' than the places I may have patronized up north. If you're in Ojai, this is the nearest dispensary to the main strip of shops and restaurants (though it's still about a 20-25 walk into a residential area and then business park) but it's nice to have a nice option around town. read more

I've ordered online twice from Sespe Creek Collective. Very nice staff, plus debit card service. Although the shop itself is closed due to Covid 19, they do take orders online and by phone. They do wear masks and gloves. But they don't ask you to. I didn't see one customer wear a mask. They have a very large selection. I was very pleased, and will definitely order from them again. I hope to actually visit the store once they open to the public. read more
