    scrape

My car looks brand new after having HPM work on it! Back rear was scraped and slightly dinged up. They fixed it up really well and their service was great!

Day I picked up my car front pick

So I was looking to restoring my 2008 Toyota YARIS because after these inflating prices of new cars.. so obviously this place wasn't my first choice after seeing the mediocre scores.. so here I go.. After visiting the higher rated location nearby I decided to come here wondering if the price would be more reasonable.. So after speaking to the greeter.. he won me over by his knowledge of the process.. so after leaving the vehicle with a deposit.. this is where if any - my minus tales effect.. they quoted me 2 weeks.. but then it moved to 3. But later then it was done by the original.. it had me confused .. so I spoke to my contact person shown me the work.. and yes!!! I was relieved by the final product.. I love how it looks and the gentleman was reassuring and apologetic.. So finally would I recommend them.. yes.. I have a 2014 Toyota Prius that's showing some color dying. And yes - I will be taking it back to this location with confidence of the final project..

I came in pretty distraught and stressed, but Sarah and Mr. Lee just eased my mind, gave me a lot of advice and made my situation less dire. My car looks brand new! The estimate he gave me was way more than the resell value of my car by several folds, so it makes sense. Even with the sentimental value of my car, the paint work would not be worth it, as Mr Lee pointed out. And going with a partial paint job, the new paint won't fully match the original. He also advised me that if I did want to repaint me car, it would be best to keep it the same color as the original factory paint to ensure the best appearance. It would also help match the color of the inside areas of the door and doorways. It was very kind and generous of Mr Lee to give me so much of his time, explaining everything I wanted to know. I honestly wouldn't be able to fit l everything I learned from him into this review. It only dawned unto me half way through my visit why Yosemite Auto Body Shop was actually named that... Mr Lee is an avid rock climber himself!! I only made the connection when I saw a hangboard right over the bathroom doorframe. Then I saw all these rock climbing photos of him and his family everywhere in the office. And you won't believe it... Mr Lee climbed with Alex Hannold over in Yosemite!! It must have been his old stomping grounds. I can imagine he's had many many great climbs. No wonder his passion for Yosemite. I'd like to also mention that his assistant, Sarah, is quite friendly herself and is pleasant to talk to. Ask her about tightrope! I can see from the looks of their work and my experience interacting with the owner and staff that they pride themselves in not only delivering the highest quality workmanship but also complete customer satisfaction. So I highly recommend you to bring your car over to Yosemite Auto Body Shop if you need a paint job or body work done! I will be recommending my friends to them too!

I am extremely disappointed with my service experience, particularly with my service advisor, Ivan…read more I purchased my 2023 BMW X1 only a few months ago, so when the check engine light randomly came on, I was concerned. Since my vehicle is still under warranty, I scheduled a 7:40 a.m. appointment online and requested an Uber ride home. Upon arrival, we were given a hard time about the Uber, so we eventually paid for our own ride. I was told I would receive a call after they inspected my car. Instead, I received an inspection video stating that the issue would not be covered under warranty and that I needed to respond by noon. I immediately had questions and repeatedly tried contacting Ivan. I called, left voicemails, and received no response. It wasn't until approximately my SIXTH call that someone finally answered. Ivan explained that my radiator flap was broken, considered "accidental damage," and would cost approximately $2,400 to repair. When I questioned why it wasn't covered under warranty, especially on a vehicle I just purchased, he explained that this type of problem happens because these cars are "very sensitive." That left me even more confused. If this is a known/common problem because these parts are so sensitive, why is the customer automatically responsible for thousands of dollars? We pay a premium price for BMW vehicles and expect quality. I told Ivan I needed time to think about the repair and my finances. I later messaged him that I would pick up my vehicle and specifically requested an itemized document showing the damage and repair costs. I also requested an Uber back, which he did arrange. When I returned, Ivan was on the phone. There was no greeting or explanation about my vehicle. He simply told me my car was in the wash and to sit in the waiting area. When it was ready, he handed me my key without discussing the diagnosis, warranty denial, or next steps. I had to remind HIM that I requested documentation. He told me their system was down and he couldn't print it but would email it. When I wasn't satisfied with that answer, he told me I could take a picture of his computer screen. Then, somehow, he was suddenly able to print the document. What was even more frustrating was that while I was trying to deal with a potential $2,400 repair, Ivan remained on his earpiece having what sounded like a personal conversation about scheduling service for his own vehicle elsewhere. I could hear him discussing appointment times because he didn't want to take time off work. Meanwhile, I couldn't get his full attention to explain what was happening with MY vehicle. I am also very concerned about the condition of my radiator flaps AFTER this inspection. In BMW's own inspection video, the technician specifically showed and stated that the flaps were still opening approximately a quarter of the way. After receiving my vehicle back, I checked them and they now do not appear to open AT ALL. I am not claiming the dealership caused this because I don't know what occurred during the inspection. However, I find it extremely concerning that their own video documents the flap partially functioning while my vehicle was in their possession, yet after getting it back, I am observing that it no longer opens. Thankfully, I have saved their inspection video documenting its condition during service. My frustration isn't simply because BMW denied warranty coverage. If there is legitimate accidental damage, show me the evidence and clearly explain how that determination was made. My issue is the lack of communication and customer service. I shouldn't have to call six times for answers. I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for documentation on a $2,400 repair. I shouldn't leave without a clear explanation of what happened, why my warranty was denied, or whether my vehicle is safe to drive while waiting for the repair. I brought in a relatively new BMW because a check engine light unexpectedly appeared. I left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and even more concerned about my vehicle than when I arrived. This was absolutely not the level of service I expected from BMW.
