The first time around the insurance kept making it hard on me but Cynthia was so helpful with everything from estimate to also helping with the whole car rental process and making everything less stressful. The insurance wanted to be real cheap and not pay for everything but Cynthia made sure they would cover all fixes to have my vehicle back to normal. On the second time around I already knew I was in great hands so I went back to Cynthia Martinez to take care of it. This time the insurance was way more stress free and agreed to everything Cynthia needed from them. If you've ever had any work done at this place, take you vehicle for an inspection elsewhere ASAP! The did some insurance work on my vehicle recently and did a crappy job. It turns out that they did not replace all the parts that they charged for and even left nuts and bolts off of one of the supports! Basically they've put my daughter's life in danger as she has been driving an unsafe vehicle. I don't even trust them to take the car back! read more

I got a pint job they charge me 6000 and it looks worse than before what can I do so I can fix that

So I was looking to restoring my 2008 Toyota YARIS because after these inflating prices of new cars.. so obviously this place wasn't my first choice after seeing the mediocre scores.. so here I go.. After visiting the higher rated location nearby I decided to come here wondering if the price would be more reasonable.. So after speaking to the greeter.. he won me over by his knowledge of the process.. so after leaving the vehicle with a deposit.. this is where if any - my minus tales effect.. they quoted me 2 weeks.. but then it moved to 3. But later then it was done by the original.. it had me confused .. so I spoke to my contact person shown me the work.. and yes!!! I was relieved by the final product.. I love how it looks and the gentleman was reassuring and apologetic.. So finally would I recommend them.. yes.. I have a 2014 Toyota Prius that's showing some color dying. And yes - I will be taking it back to this location with confidence of the final project.. read more

HONESTLY, I don't know why there's any bad reviews at all. I got my baby fixed here. They worked with me & my insurance company. My car was pretty bad and it took them two weeks to fix the bumper. It was what seemed like forever, but man it was worth the wait!!! I'm not gonna lie, I was extremely nervous as I walked to finally pick up my Audi. hoping it looked fine & not like different lol Anyways, I literally screamed "OMG" -----(lmao) like my car look so clean & amazing! I got some exterior detailing & legit looked like it was a brand new car. George was extremely nice guy, I may or may not have bugged him a little lol but he was cool and the staff is amazing too! Last moth I placed a Review, the work in my car was not done I gave 3 and 1/2 stars, RE: communication and timing, I got my car back on March 8th, 2022, the quality control is not the best, a few minor thing were left I had to go back for HPM to corrected them. The other driver' Insurance paid for my drivers side repairs, I paid $350 for the passengers side old damage, in general HPM did a very good work, while HMP was performing the last few touch ups, I got an electrical problem the owner of HPM left everything to help to find the problem, he invested some time in my car to solve the electrical problem at no charge. I believe HPM is a new business competing with big companies in the field to me they have earned 5 stars read more

I got into a car accident I needed my car fixed ASAP I spoke with a lady which said to send her pictures of the damage; so I did. I emailed them all info needed they said they'd call me back, they never did so I called them and didn't get an answer. It's so unprofessional and frustrating especially because I was going to pay out of pocket. I don't know what establishment turns down business lol. Luckily I found a mechanic that took on my case in a fast and good manner. read more

We took my dad's truck to get a paint job undecided about the color. When we arrived I saw a truck that was a silver type of gray, which was what he ended up choosing. I was in a recent collision and needed the vehicle back within 5 days. They kept me updated throughout the process, reassuring me that the car will be ready in a few days. I had 2 new doors put on on the drivers side, and was very pleased with the outcome. They left my the vehicle in better condition then ever before, and to say the least had my car ready within 4 days!!! Extreamly bad service got the run around my pai t job came out with integrated scratches and i painted tge car do to my fenders being cracked they said they can fix them and a week later they cracked took it back and they gave me the run around for a year also after they painted the car my emblem where all missing my led lights where missing and they said theyl refund me that and never did also had to go back 4 times do to it missing rubbers and to rei stall my emblems the one year later they decided to paint my fenders and problems started again they said i wouldnt pay out of pocker but they told me they would only fix there mistake if i paid 200$ because they had to buy material and pay workers . So then what was the warranty for so then i paid them then they took for ever to fix the fenders then the painted them the worng color so i was totaly frustrated but patient so i tild them just paint them jet black and they still messed up the paint job one then the messed up my tires whitewalls then the broje my mercedes key all in all bad service bad work read more
