I was fine with paying for the cubic feet but they tacked on another 700 and then said they would have to repair the boxes $500. Felt swindled. Took the hit and canceled on the spot. Don't get hooked on the "good deal" this company promotes. They will say one thing and then do another. Reported to BBB.

His pricing is clear and up-front. $150 per hour for a truck and three (kind, professional, caring, strong, and personable) moving guys from his crew. We budgeted for four hours and ended up getting the whole job done in under three! But that isn't to say these guys rushed--not at all, actually. They're super efficient and strong-- all of our furniture was prepped, moved and packed onto the truck with care. All furniture was secured with padding or plastic. The crew was mindful of wood floors and navigated some heavy and bulky furniture with ease! We did move a flat-screen, 55" TV. Tony was a pro at dissembling it, packing it perfectly and with care, then reassembled it when it got to our new home. Mike became unprofessional, yelled and threatened to send his crew home even though my items were literally in the hallway, on the elevator and outside my door. I have a video that shows how they left items in the elevator w/o supervision as if the other mover was a drive thru picking up boxes at the speed of light. I have a video of me moving my own items so that they wouldnt be stolen, Mike had me move 6 chairs that were on the quote because his crew was tired and it was getting late, which means they didnt even move everything they were supposed to and i basically overpayed. My contract says their arrival window was from 8-10am, which then changed to 11-3. They did show up until 5:30pm!!!!!
