Went here for the first time as a walk in the other day. I felt as if I was rushed a bit and at least 3 people touched my nails but at the same time I understand that i was a walk in and they squeezed me in. I'm grateful that they squeezed me in because I really love how my Gel manicure turned out :) the only thing I can honestly complain about is that my nails aren't straight... some are a bit slanted but nothing too serious. I'm only giving it a 2 instead of 1 because the first time i went here it went fine. Second time i came in i got Ilda (please, run if you get this nail tech) and she, no exaggeration needed, turned my beautiful shape into a jagged toothpick. It was my nail bed and then a sharp line down the center of my nail because she kept knicking the sides so much it went that far down. I asked if she was going to re do my tip on this one nail where there was almost nothing left and instead just plopped acrylic overtop in an odd shape. Then she did that to all my other nails and filed them into an uneven coffin... by that i mean my nail angles were slanting ALL over. Then jenny took over because i guess she saw how badly this lady was f*cking up my nails and not listening to me when i asked for her to fix them. They came out okay for the most part and i even planned on coming back. That was until i went to pay and Jenny had the nerve to say "only 35, we wONT CHARGE YOU FOR THE ACRYLIC FIX." Hun, i sat in your salon for nearly an hour & a half for a fill because your lady messed my nails up and you have the nerve to say that to me? nuh uh, i was ready to see some sort of discount after that bull. Anyways, never coming here again, best of luck to them though. Hope they train Ilda some day. This was a nice place and I loved the online booking and text communication to confirm. I got a full uv gel set and the price was very reasonable for the time spent. I started with a gentleman that was very nice. My service was completed by a pleasant woman that was on her phone a bit of the time...not extremely professional, but I don't think it affected the quality. It didn't seem to add on time because she held the phone in her ear while she worked. Nevertheless, my nails came out exactly in the shape and design I requested. I have been going to Jenny for a long time. She is very artistic, creative and does beautiful artwork but I was there on Saturday and had studs put on, as I usually do, but they are already coming off after a few days. This used to happen a lot in the past too but Jenn was able to finally secure them by adding extra gel so the problem was solved for a long time but this is happening again and this really disappoints me since it's costly and they shouldn't be coming off especially after few days! read more

I really like the job she does on my nails and I will return but....I always make an appointment and I'm NEVER taken on time. I make an appointment for the first appointment of the day and well in advance. How can you let me sit there and wait while you get settled for the day! Come into work 15 minutes before your first appointment instead of making me wait 15 minutes. Then she is on her phone most of my appointment time talking to her husband and/or scheduling appointments because there is no receptionist. Today I waited 20 minutes (and I was on time). I finally asked how much longer and she said 30 minutes. What? She told me they took a walk in who didn't have an appointment and now I would have to wait. Hmmm why bother making an appointment? The staff is all very pleasant but there needs to be a little more professionalism. read more

I'm sooo disappointed. Been coming here for months and the past few times I was kept waiting for my appt but because it wasn't too long, I didn't mind. Today was different. My nail lady was out. I was told to wait. She was taking her daughter somewhere I was told. 25 mins later she arrived and my nails got done. Next was my pedicure. 40 mins I sat with my feet in cold water with everyone ignoring me. When I tried to get eye contact no-one even looked my way. Called out the Manager but she didnt hear me over the music. When the girl came to start on my toes I asked for her not to cut them too short. She literally cut 3 toenails right into the skin where I have very little nail left for polish never mind 2 of them were cut at bad angles where the outer edges were longer than the middle where the skin was showing. Unacceptable. I feel that they are too busy focusing on walk-ins who in my opinion should wait until those of us that have appts are "seen to" first. Sadly to say as a very loyal client I will have to find another salon. Gutted that an existing customer who is a regular every 2 weeks is treated like this. read more

I had a manicure pedicure at hq nails. I didn't see any pricing on the wall so just assumed it was $25-$30. When I was finished I was told it was $40! The pedicure was just ok. The manicure was terrible. Every nail was not filed straight. Had no hand cream or massage on my hands and my cuticles were just pushed back and it hurt. This is now my favorite nail salon. Everyone is so nice. I waited a couple of months to write my review to see how I enjoyed going and how the service was. Jenny is such a sweet person and as the owner she is always there to be sure you are taken care of. I've always been a walk in client and never waited long. I had a repair on a split nail that was needed along with my gel manicure and they did it complimentary. So far I've had 3 different technicians and I've been happy with all. Last time I had Lis (not sure spelling) and she was great. 2 weeks later my gel overlay and polish is flawless. This place is awesome and very friendly. Definitely try them. read more

This nail salon just opened so everything is brand new and clean. The nail techs were so nice and did a great job. They were so meticulous. I got a regular mani and pedi. The pedi was great. They use a tub liner, they give you a choice of different aromatherapy creams and hot stone and wax therapy. Manicure was also great. They have million gel colors and they said they have regular colors to match pedicures. Overall great. I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty, most likely because they just opened. I came to this nail salon wanting to try a new place for acrylics. I usually go to hot tips when I want acrylics but I decided to try a new place since hot tips is really booked right now . I honestly feel like I waisted an hour and a half of my time. I first showed the lady what I wanted and she told me she couldn't do it but it was a very simple design. After hearing that I decided to just do white acrylic nails. I told her ahead of time that I want them to be very natural looking and I do not want chunky thick nails. She said she understood and confirmed with me that I wanted natural looking nails. After I was done my nails were very very thick and chunky and the polish was so messy. I had glue and white nail polish on my fingers. An hour after my polish was already stained. I was so upset I left and went to another nail salon just to get them removed the same exact day. It took 47 minutes to remove my nails from how thick they were. If you don't want chunky acrylics I would suggest not going here. :) read more

I went to this salon for a regular manicure, and I would say the experience was very okay. It was convenient and nothing was really bad, it just wasn't great. For $15, you get your nails cleaned up and painted, and the only spa type treatment offered is a 30 second hand rub with lotion. At other salons in the area, I am accustomed to getting at least 5 minutes of pampering, with sugar scrubs, long massages, cuticle oil, and a shoulder rub at the end, all for an equivalent price or lower. So the experience was a bit of a letdown, but my nails look great. read more

i wanna start off by saying i have been going to my nail salon for over 2 years now and i never tried anyone else because i love the girls that did mine. my boyfriend lives up here and i didn't want to travel an hour away to get my nails done so i decided to try this place out.. i will say, whenever i'm up here and need them done, i will come back! i called for an appointment just for my powder dip manicure and decided i wanted a pedicure last minute once i got there. jenny was awesome and had no problem having tina do my pedicure which was amazing! rachel was absolutely amazing as well with my nails doing the powder dip. i'm super picky with who i go to but i have found another new favorite away from home. thank you guys again for the great customer service, powder dip manicure, and pedicure! i will definitely be returning and i will also be definitely recommending you guys to my friends in the area! read more
