A good experience turned terrible fast. Quoted a price halfway through job tech states you have two chips, no mention of additional cost. When the tech was done he asked for $25.00 more dollars. He then stated that he was to able to fill my chip and stated it would be ok. I paid and he left, I handled some issues in my office then I got in my car to see as the tech was installing the rearview mirror cover he caused the crack to expand. (See photo attached) Beware of the bait and switch low price. When I called back he ignored my call when I text him he responded "NO REFUNDS" with no previous mention of said policy. He did say I could use the cost towards new windshield which was $125.00 more then 5 other companies I called. (Message me for referrals). Please beware this is no way to do business. For the price you're paying they do some good work. One con I'll mention is the seal. I can hear wind blowing through from the top of my windshield when I drive, even with music blasting. I'd be concerned if I paid dealership prices but like I said, for the price it's worth it. read more
