Señor Quiroz welcomes you to the garage like a long-lost uncle, urging you to take a seat and relax while the team works on getting you right-- my circumstances for my visit had been a little traumatic, so this put me at extra ease. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. After waiting a mere 28(?) hours for them to locate the right glass for my 20 year old vehicle, I was able to get my driver side window replaced in under 45 minutes, at an incredibly affordable rate-- and I was able to obtain a diagnosis + quote for replacing my passenger side regulator. Needless to say, I will be going back and strongly recommend anyone looking for an honest, skilled and professional experience to give them a call. They Did a great job at replacing our passenger front window. They were very professional and friendly. The price was cheaper than other places we called and they all told us we would have to wait till Monday. It got broke on Wednesday night. Quiroz's was able to get it ordered and get it installed by 10am Friday. We dropped off the car and in a little over 1/2 hr later it was done. Guy is a scam over charged me from $264 to $300 I tried showing him on my statement which has his company name he knew he scammed me.

I brought in my Prius with a broken back left window, and even though that door was previously very broken from a friend trying to fix the window, the guys at Quiroz Auto Glass did everything they could to fix my door, they were able to do it an very timely manner as well. They also helped with cleaning all of the broken glass. The service was great, very friendly people, and their priority is helping the customers over getting profits. They charged me less than $200 for a fix that could've easily been over $500 including labor fees. I was probably the most problematic customer, I wasn't able to make it to the first appointment and forgot to call, I had so many issues with my car, but they were still so kind and helpful. I didn't deserve the amount of quality service, going above and beyond, that they provided. I had a small crack on my windshield for about 2 months due to the fact that I was driving on the freeway up state California and a rock hit my windshield. I brought it here because it was the only decently reviewed place in Oxnard and the owner Jose Quiroz took care of it in 10 minutes!!! I did pay out of pocket but it was less than $100 and it looks much better, like 75% better than what it was. Clearly it can't be 100% fixed unless I replace the windshield which would cost me hundreds of dollars more but this was a Mickey Mouse Fix. They did a great job and it was a quick and easy fix. Muy mal trato, trata muy mal a sus clientes. El señor es muy grosero y muy poco profesional. Llevé a arreglar el vidrio de un carro pero no le quedó, después llamé para preguntar por unos tornillos que quitaron y no me los dió, me dijo que no tenía nada y que el señor que los quito ya no trabajaba ahí. Gritando me dijo que solo le quitaba su tiempo, me dijo que ya no le estuviera marcando, y nome dejó explicarle bien. Le volví a marcar varias veces y le dije, ¿señor esa es su forma de tratar a sus clientes? y me respondió : "usted no es mi cliente" No le pagué nada porque no le hizo nada al carro pero no tengo que pagarle nada para ser un cliente. De echo quería que le comprara ahí y me aseguraba que no encontraría el vidrio en otro lado con el afán de encargarlo nuevo con el hasta me dio su tarjeta para hablarle y después me sale con que no soy un cliente. Muy mala experiencia, cómo o es posible que primero me dice que puso los tornillos en el carro y yo no mire nada. Le dije que si por favor los podia buscar en donde se los quitaron y enojado me contestó que él no va hacer nada y me da la excusa que el señor ya no trabaja ahí. read more

Long story short, after walking outside an early morning my car was broken into they smashed my passenger window I was devastated. My friend referred me to Quiroz auto glass after dealing with the insurance not paying for it I decided to take it in. The staff was super friendly they got the glass for my Mercedes the following day... I have been dealing with one broken window on my Jeep Liberty for over a year with Jose Quiroz because he has not been able to fix it despite the fact of being a window mechanic. I would just like to share with all of you a brief timeline of my experience. 10/24/2016 I dropped off my car to get the window fixed, but we discovered the regulator was broken so they had to "order the part." 11/14/2016 I had an appointment to get the said regulator installed, I dropped off my car in the morning and had not received a phone call that it was finished, when I did hear from jose, he told me the part did not fit and he would have to order another one. 11/16/16 I dropped off my car and Jose "fixed" my window, February 2017 The "fixed" window started sliding, so we called to take it back but Jose assumed that i had hit something (perhaps a curb) which he said could cause it to slide but I hadn't. It took some time on the phone before he agreed that a new window should not break a few months after it had been installed. March 2017-June 2017 For months I went back and forth from the shop because he would order parts and send back parts because they didn't fit or weren't working. End of June 2017 I went again and Jose attempted to repair my regulator, but AGAIN the part didn't work, however this time he left the door unassembled, door speaker laying on the back seat, screws all over the back seat, inside door handle missing, arm rest broken, and broken window switch. By this point I was fed up and took my Jeep to another mechanic who repaired the window in less then one day, however while he was inside my door he informed us that Jose had drilled holes into my car door in an attempt to jerry rig the window stable. The two parts he drilled into will now cost about $2000 dollars to replace. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this shop for any work no matter how small. read more

Contacted First Choice Windows and scheduled an appointment to again fix windshield. Guy came to our home and began replacing windshield. He was very professional and explained what caused second windshield that Quiroz replaced to crack. Basically, there are steps that are taken to remove and replace without damaging anything, and what he did was half ass. Our vehicle would have leaked probably even just washing it. Don't fall for," I've been doing this for 20 years" line. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. Might have to pay a little more but in the long run, it's worth it. read more
