Someone broke into my car last night and when I talked to my insurance, they said the closest appointment would be a week from now and over 300 dollars. So I ended up finding this company on Yelp and he pretty much instantly called me back and told me he would come to me and it would only be 175!! Which is fantastic!! Hilario was a very nice man and a hard worker. I had a small crack that he sealed it for I think like $40 so that it would not spread. He has some sort of deal where if the crack does spread, he takes the money you spent and puts it toward replacing the windshield, but I did not need to utilize this warranty! I finally searched for several different places out here and their prices were either way too expensive or they didn't even reply to me (their loss!). I was able to get a hold of Hilario, he was busy when I called, but he got back to me soon, and made an appointment with me. He was really flexible on meeting me, and it was so convenient having him come out to me after I got off work in the evening, without charging me for it. He even followed up the day of and kept in contact with me to let me know when he would get here, & when he was on his way! Super sweet, very respectful, I recommend him. My windshield looks even better than before. It only took a couple of hours, and afterwards he told me to contact him if anything went wrong. And there's a lifetime warranty on the windshield. The gasket on my windshield came loose on my drive over to Oxnard from Palm Desert. This caused quite a loud noise (amazingly loud). I called HR at 5:30pm Friday and he scheduled me for the next morning at 8:00am. Right at 8:00am he arrived and by 8:45am the gasket problem was fixed. So glad to find Hilario after some punk kid threw something off an overpass at our windshield while I was driving down the freeway. The 'incident' occurred on Tuesday night and I didn't hear from our insurance until Friday. Insurance said it wasn't covered and they recommended Safelight. Safelight quoted us at $285 and couldn't send someone out until until Wednesday. My car wasn't drivable and I needed it fixed sooner. Called Hilario on Saturday and he called right back. He quoted me at $195 and said he could come to my house on Monday to fix it. Done. He came earlier than expected and did an amazing job on the windshield. He was professional, reliable and didn't even get annoyed when my kid wanted to literally pull up a chair in the driveway and watch the whole thing.
