Was hoping to leave a glowing review with before and after photos to help grow their Yelp like I do with other vendors but now am stuck finding another cleaner. Can't speak to the quality of their work but if you're worried about paying money up front when many vendors are late or no-show not a company for you. I'm always happy to pay when people show up. Also when I looked at the deposit request today it was non-refundable. Those exclusions mentioned are not referenced anywhere.

They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! My apartment was pristine and all the requests that I made were perfectly completed. It looked like super new and was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms). The machines were not rowdy despite my initial worry that it would disrupt my neighbors. They also moved all my furnitures and made sure to get every spot. I believe the service they provide is excellent and they would be able to satisfy the needs of anyone. I had a pleasant experience with the staff as they were super friendly and outgoing. I spoke with Veronica, who came out to assess the job in person. This was a plus for me, as I didn't want a cookie-cutter quote based solely on square footage. On the appointed day, three ladies worked non-stop for five hours spotlessly cleaning two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room & living room. They brought all their own equipment and cleaned everything; bathtub, oven/stove, refrigerator, windows, Venetian blinds, ceiling fans, etc. All done cheerfully and efficiently at a very fair price. Afterward, I imagine these hardworking ladies were exhausted, but they didn't show it, they never flagged. Very dedicated and admirable. I've never hired a maid service before so maybe I'm naïve, but the results are remarkable and a big boost to my spirits, as if being led out of a dim room. They also asked if I would consider revisiting my review once we came to a resolution. I responded the same day. I explained that my original vacuum cost approximately $200 and that, although I would have preferred to replace it with a comparable model, I deliberately purchased a less expensive replacement for $108.49 in an effort to keep things fair. I also noted that I had originally asked the company to reimburse only half of that amount, but that request was declined & I was directed to pursue the matter through the company's insurance. Given the considerable time and back-and-forth that had already gone into this matter, I asked that the company reimburse the full $108.49 replacement cost and advised that I would update my review to reflect any resolution reached. As of August 2, I have received no response. I am adding this update because it is part of my experience with this company. They reopened the discussion, asked me to propose a fair resolution, and I responded the same day. Since then, there has been no further communication.
