They installed and aimed cameras on my neighbor's home that look into my windows and backyard. My neighbor has then used these cameras to see when I am out as well as my and my families activities in my home. When I called to inform them how their system was being used and requested that the camera be redirected they refused and stated that it is my neighbor's right to film into my home. The customer service rep hung up on me when I asked for his name. I would not recommend using a company that supports voyeurism/stalking of people and their families.
