I have been trying to track my purchases and the reward points but after purchasing their special Christmas offer ( 4 gallons for 19.99), there seem to have a discrepancy with how they reward you! They do scan the app but it doesnt translate to points at all. When you scan the receipt after the purchase, it says the barcode has been used! Can you please stop fooling people or simple stop these come on reward system?!

Love love love. Favorite treat on a summer day or before running around with kids all day. Fair priced and the rewards system is great.

I've never been a huge fan of tea and especially the "iced tea" from the grocery store because those usually have the fake sweeteners and stuff in them. I saw HTeaO trending on social media and the drinks looked interesting and like they would be good. I was a little hesitant getting the unsweetened tea due to the fake stuff in other teas. I'm happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. No fake stuff here! The tea tastes fresh and you can even add fruit to your drink if you'd like. The sizes of the cups are very generous. They offer sweet and unsweetened tea in many flavors. I'm so happy to have found a place with really good unsweetened tea.

Most AWESOME Tea in the world !!! They offer a variety of flavors, both sweet and unsweet. Taste test the tea before your purchase. Mix up flavors to create your unique favorite. They offer the flavored tea bags as well as pre made mini's, half gallons, and gallons. Add fresh fruit to your tea to kick it up a notch !!! They also offer a small variety of snacks as well as the Pelican and Yeti brands of coolers and cups.

I tried HTeaO randomly one day in Cedar Park almost 3 years ago and it left a huge impression on me! Haven't had an opportunity to try it again until the other day when I passed the Georgetown location. Delicious tea and I love that it's drive-thru service. Highly recommend the blueberry green tea + blueberries as a topping

An interesting novelty. I read about HTeaO in a Texas Monthly article, and was immediately intrigued. A magical place that sells only tea/sweet tea in dozens of flavors? By the cup or by the gallon? As a sweet tea snob/connoisseur I was excited to take a little field trip to G-Town to investigate, since Austin does not have a location...yet. I think we'll eventually get one, but for now ya gotta go to the outskirts (Georgetown, or Cedar Park) if you're in ATX proper. Drive thru is super convenient and fast, the folks working the speaker and the window are super friendly and answer all questions with a smile. Now to the tea, I tried a regular sweet, and picked up a half gallon each of Georgia Peach and Wild Raspberry. I'm not sure if these products are made differently, but the regular sweet was the star for me. Brewed strong, with just enough sweet without being cloying, and it mixed well with lemon. Also, they serve all their teas, with the pellet ice (ie Sonic ice) so your drink doesn't get watered down quick. Good idea. The Georgia Peach and Wild Raspberry teas that I took home--they don't have much tea flavor. They were very weak, as if they weren't brewed long enough. All I could taste was the flavorings, and it felt more like I was drinking punch or juice, rather than iced tea. Reminded me of powdered Lipton tea, which I hate. Very disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll make any special trips to try them out again, but if you're in the area and feeling adventurous, go for it.

Well, I'm happy to se these guys have a solid rating because I can see it being a great option for…read morethe area. There aren't many options for eats or coffee within 5 minutes of here. I planned this trip because I needed a place to work for a few hours today and was really looking forward to a day of treats and coffee and wi-fi. Well I got 1 of those wishes! I did get my Large Decaf Mocha with almond milk. Thats my go-to. There wasn't really much choice on fresh baked items- I didn't even see any but they do boast a muffin top. I probably should have gotten one because it turns out the food selection isn't theirs but a microwaveable biscuit sandwich that was wrapped in paper with a sticker on it like you'd find under a heat lamp or in the freezer section of a gas station. It looked and tasted like microwave food. I thought about taking a photo but needed to focus on work. The espresso wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as I make at home. And the real bummer? The wi-fi didn't work. The other woman who came in to work had to leave but I just toggled to my phone and stuck it out. Parking? Plenty of spaces Food? Don't bother Coffee drinks- sure, why not Service? Yes! 5 stars on the service. Loved the girl who rang me up and noticed the other girl offered a woman a stamp card which is always cool to rack up free drinks. Was jealous at first but I don't think I'll be needing a punch card - no mojo between us hehe I heard them talking to several drive thru customers too and they were super sweet! It's a bit loud in there because it's a tiny place and there were at least 3 people back there. Check it out- it does the trick

Austin-area start up chain, this place is SO good on many levels…read more Its in front of the new Sprouts facing Williams Dr. First, DELICIOUS, not bitter, coffee shines through. Cappuccino (ordered wet cup, ask & they'll fill you in), espresso frap, sooooo GOOD! *TIP* ask for samples and advice, they'll serve you. Second, the SERVICE is about you. Ask and they'll help you out including samples. Third, PRICE sinks the mermaid for value by far. Much more affordable than 'Bucks and I felt far better flavor and value. The confines are relaxed and unpretentious. Drive thru service may slow inside service. Ask for your frequent customer card b/c you'll likely return often
