If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is an absolute scam. They only take cash, no cards--which should've been the first red flag. I withdrew $100 from their own ATM (convenient for them, right?) and handed it--along with my car keys as collateral--to the lady behind the window (who had the nerve to act like we didn't just count it out in front of her). We were a party of 20. As she started passing out wristbands, suddenly she claimed she was short $100. Mind you, we literally counted it right in front of her. When we said we were done with the nonsense and leaving for Xtreme Off Road (which is a legit 10/10 btw), they magically couldn't find my money OR my keys. At that point, I had to lean halfway through the window and cuss them out just to get a glimpse of my keys sitting on their back table. Unbelievable. They stole $100 from me and had the nerve to act clueless. Never again. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DAMN PLACE. Save your money and go down the road to Xtreme Off Road--you'll get a better experience, better service, and you won't get robbed. read more

This place is a scam‼‼ They are money hungry. The ATVs are old but they want you to pay for preexisting damages. The tour guy was leaving the group and everyone at this business was very unprofessional and grimy. Horrible experience! I do not recommend this business. read more

Extremely disappointed with our recent visit. We booked a group of 9 ATVs and later discovered that, according to the company's own promotions, we should've received a $10 per person discount for groups over 5, PLUS a 10% discount for at least two returning drivers. Neither was mentioned at check-in, and the staff made no effort to inform us. If your discounts are advertised publicly, they should be automatically honored -- not something customers have to chase down. To make matters worse, the woman assisting us at the window was rude and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone before we even began. Our tour guide, Jose, gave a rushed and disconnected tour. There was no effort to check in on the group while riding, especially for our first-time drivers. The experience felt transactional and careless -- far from what we expected after a great first visit. Also, it was incredibly unprofessional that a guide was offered a smoke break during the tour, especially in front of minors. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. We came prepared, followed all protocols, and yet still had to fight for basic customer service. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. When a company chooses profit over integrity, it shows -- and sadly, it showed throughout our entire visit. read more

This ATV tour was actually as epic as they described. The rough terrain, the views, the tour guides... all of it was an awesome experience. I would 1000% do this again. They also have a food truck on site in case u are hungry or thirsty!! Make sure to bring goggles (they also provide them on site for $20) as it gets really dusty/muddy! Definitely ride through the water puddles, I was unsure about that part at first but so happy we did. Also, make sure to arrive early for check in. It's a popular spot. I never received my deposit back. I went in May and have contacted them more than once regarding my deposit. On the day we rode, they didn't even have enough ATVs, they had to borrow some from the neighboring ATV business. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone. The customer service is horrible and the information for deposits and paying entry fee to the park is misleading. we arrived 20 minutes prior to location per their recommendation. We had to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes in heat with no seats and they did not have cold beverages for purchase as advertised. They were finishing up a tour with another group. Once we went out our tour guide was not fun at all. we passed other group from Speed extreme ATV and they were having fun with their tour guide as he was engaged with the group and had music. Long story short we did not spend an entire hour doing trails and were taken back 15 minutes early when we started late due to their disorganization... Moving once I come back I will be trying out speed extreme ATV right next door, they appeared very nice and with good customer service. read more
