Dr Bai is an AMAZING, thoughtful and caring doctor. We have been taking our children to this clinic for over 8 years now and always had an amazing experience. Recently she has been adding some younger PAs to the clinic, and we have only had a great experience with them as well. Last time I took my 5 yo to be seen for cough, the PA took his time to explain to my son, in a very age appropriate way, how viruses work and why he needed to make sure to keep blowing his nose etc. It's one of those rare places that will squeeze in an urgent appointment for your kid even if you call in the morning and need to get your kid seen the same day by a pediatrician, instead of taking them to urgent care. It's a rare quality for a clinic and we have really appreciated it. My kids have always been diagnosed quickly and correctly. The doctors have gone above and beyond in their level of care, even calling me to check if I had gotten a certain prescription. Whenever we get to see Dr Bai she remembers our kids and always checks on them. We feel so lucky that we found this Dr. All the nurses are great as well, and I have been amazed at how well the nurse who does the vaccines can distract my kid so that he barely notices he has already gotten all his shots. If it turns out that my child has COVID-19, they should quickly notify all the parents so they can monitor or treat their children promptly. If it turns out that my child doesn't have COVID-19, they should immediately check if there's another issue with him. That's what a public servant with proper ethics and medical procedures should do. If the clinic's medical staff are pushing away all potentially sick patients just because they're afraid of getting infected themselves, I suggest they find another job. read more

Terrible. Extremely terrible. 1. They made mistakes all the time. This time they even mistook my baby with another baby who has similar pronunciation. If I didn't ask, they might give two babies with totally different shot!!!! 2. This doctor's assistant doctor is very unprofessional. She always talked fast and could not explain things clearly. She was so rude that she always interrupted you when you were talking. Most importantly, she told me ready-to-feed formula was not good... powder is the best. But her boss the doctor of this clinic told me totally opposite. 3. So many people every time. You will never get in on time no matter how early you arrive. Low efficiency! Environment is also terrible. 4. They have their own target audience but I believe most of them are not local customers, which makes this clinic mode pretty weird. Fast forward 3 years later, they changed their level of service and now added a PA to their clinic. It is a much needed assistance. We are still seen by the doctor herself but it somehow takes off some load from the doctor. It's still not a 5 star service, but if your insurance only has a few options of pediatrics to choose from, it's not a bad idea to try Dr Bai. Reading of the good reviews of Dr Bai, I decided to give it a shot! But it was the worst experience ever!!! In my whole life! Front desk is so impatient, and not nice at all! I waited 30mins to my appointment. What's worse, Dr Bai is the worst doctor I have ever met!! I waited Dr Bai another 15mins in the room. She finally came and asked if my son will get a flu shot. I've been coming to Dr. Bai for over 6years with my 5 children, she has been one of the best pediatric doctors I've seen!!! When my wife had our last daughter at Pomona Valley Hospital and told them who our pediatrician Was the commented that she was one of the best doctors that come in. That felt so reassuring to hear! She speaks English, knows some Spanish but also speaks Chinese for any Chinese speaking people. Overall we are very happy to have Dr. Bai as our kids doctor!!! read more

Don't go to this pediatrician office if you don't want to wait about 1 hr and to be seen only 2min. We have been with dr bai for 1.5yr. The average waiting time is 30-40 in the common area plus another 10-15 min waiting in the patient room. Dr is always rushing and impatient. We went to her office yesterday cz my daughter has trouble to sleep. We waited like more than 30min to be placed in the patient room. After a while, the dr came in, but we only talked about 1min,(talked about my daughter's weight and height) one of her staff came in and the dr went out, after 15-20 min, she still not came back. My daughter started to be fussy and I asked one of the staff what's going on with the dr? after a while, the dr came back and guess what she said, she said she thought we were done! Then she apologized she was too busy to forget us! Seriously!!! If you can't handle so many patients in a day, then cut the number, nobody forces you to take all the patients! What made me more upset was I told the dr my daughter had trouble to sleep, but without listening to the whole story, the dr assumed the reason was she drunk too much milk before she bed (without knowing how much milk she actually drinks) I told her I only gave her a small amount milk 30min to 1 hr before her bed and the dr suggested me to reduce milk intake (again not even waited me to finish how much milk she drinks) and then she grabbed iPad and walked to the door. I stopped her by saying "really!What if she wakes up even more?" "She won't, I can't give her any medications for that!" The dr said and left the room, leaving me in the patient room with thousands of questions in my head. The whole thing was a joke! the dr is just not caring, all she cares is to take more patients and make more money. Sad! Every time we have to wait for an hour even though we were on time. And she only came in for one or two minutes with her attitude shitty face. Once I took my baby there because my baby got rashes on her tummy. I was expecting to get an answer from Dr.Bai but she said she doesn't know what kind of rashes are those. After that she just left and went back to her room. I followed her to her office and asked what to do. She start getting mad and she yelled at her assistant if I really want some medicine then give me the allergy medicine. I had to find a pediatrician for my nephew who was also under my sister's medical group. I found Dr. Bai after doing some research and found that many patients who reviewed via sites like vitals.com and healthgrades.com were happy with her. I made an appointment with her for his 6 week checkup. During the first visit, she was really attentive and very nice. She asked a lot of questions and gave us formulas to sample. She made suggestions for his constant spit up. Unfortunately, for the 2nd and 3rd visit she wasn't all there. We had a hard time communicating some problems to her. She completely forgot to let us know about the newborn screening test results on our 2nd visit. So my sister had to ask her about it on the 3rd visit. Then she didn't even answer anything. My sister was flustered by some of the answers she had given and Dr. Bai left before she could ask more questions. We felt as if she didn't spend any time with us. The office visit is a minimum 15 minute wait. Getting into the room is another 10 minute wait for her since the nurse does everything beforehand. We got 10 minutes with her this recent visit. My sister was very disappointed. English is also her second language, so she has quite a bit of a heavy accent. It's actually hard to understand at times. Her main staff is friendly. One pro is that her office is open on Saturdays, so you don't worry about finding time during the weekdays. Maybe everyone else had a better experience with Dr. Bai, but just based upon our experience with her, I'm sad to say that we were not happy. This will most likely be our last visit with her as I'm in the process of finding a new pediatrician. read more

Needed a children's Dr. and fast because we were new to the area and the kids needed to be seen and have tests done to get into California schools. I like old school pediatric Dr.'s because they know their stuff! Yes the language barrier can be tuff to communicate but if you can get through that she will find what is wrong with your child. At least she has with mine MORE than once. Parking is pretty good outside. The waiting area is very small. The staff is pretty nice, but young. One thing I don't like (but I guess it's a Cali thing) is the charge to fill out papers or have them faxed to where you need them to go. But they are willing to give you samples if they have them to avoid you having to buy a lot or fill an unneeded prescription. read more

Dr. Bai is knowledgeable, patient and takes her time at the appointment. The front desk staff ladies are always nice and helpful. The wait time is a hit or miss - we've had hour-long waits as well as 10 minutes. I don't like that the clinic's rooms have the AC turned on to a point that's very chilly for us as adults while we're asked to strip our newborn baby to diaper and wait for the doctor without clothes - sometimes it has taken 15 minutes which seem like eternity with a screaming child. My little one has been seeing Dr. Bai since he was born, and he's almost 3 years old now. We love Dr. Bai! She has rich experience and is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date with the most current medical information. Most importantly, Dr. Bai does care about all children. We have been with Dr Bai for 5-6 years. Our previous pediatrician was head of pediatrics for the hospital where my kids were born, so the bar was set pretty high. Dr Bai and staff have met or exceeded my expectations each and every visit!!! The girls at the front desk are always nice and willing to answer questions. I have called on my way to urgent care and they tell me to come to the office the Dr will see my son or daughter. How many Dr's offices do that?!?! Dr takes interest in the "whole" child. Today I took my daughter in for a possible ear infection. She not only looked at the ear infection but they gave my daughter a complete physical even ordered labs. She addressed a knee skinner that looked like it was getting infected. Asked my daughter about school and chatted with her about peer pressure/school stress. The front office girls asked me about my son and scheduled appointment for his annual physical too. From start to finish we were there 45 minutes. I Genuinely loved coming to this office. Dr. Bai is so sweet and so kind to everyone she comes in contact with. I was very pleased with her office they always got me in as soon as they could whenever my baby was sick. The only thing I really disliked about her was that my daughter has very bad obstructive sleep apnea and every time i brought up this concern with Dr. Bai, she refused to send me to see a specialist. I noticed this issue when she was about 8 months old. She kept saying that she would grow out of it but 2 years passed and no change, it in fact had gotten worse. I finally took my 3 year old to get a second opinion and the Dr was shocked at how large my daughters tonsils were. He sent us to a specialist right away and she got her tonsils removed this last week to improve her Obstructive sleep apnea. I would have loved to stay a patient with Dr. Bai, but I just felt that my child's concerns were not being addressed properly. Otherwise, No complaints my baby loved her!! Great news she accepts IEHP and Medi-cal, however this makes for sometimes very long wait times in a very crowded waiting room ! Front office staff is so sweet and always helpful. read more

I went to have my son circumcised and the nurses were very comforting as well as Dr Bai she is a little hard to understand at times but seems to care.
