Loved bringing my son here the drs were great! Sad to say we can no longer go there because they refuse to see my son because we choose not to vaccinate him. So if you are parents who chose not to vaccinate then I'd suggest go elsewhere. Now we have to find a new dr who in their words are not "Pro Vaccines", which is what this office is. Dr. Rai is the most amazing, caring, loving doctor I have ever have the pleasure of meeting. She has been my kid's doctor over the last 14 years. Several years ago I moved 45 minutes away, tried to find a pediatrician and no one could compare. I'd rather drive 45 min for an amazing doctor then 15 mins for a doctor who doesn't care. Dr Perez-Pasiliao is a joy to go to, however I will be leaving her services for a few reasons. 1) Her office is extremely disheveled. ALL of the equipment in the patients room look like they have been through 30+ years of very rough wear and tear. The last time I went in with my son, the weigh machine in the patient room was broken, and I didnt think too much of it since stuff happens, but i returned with my son at 3 months and the same scale was still broken... The rooms are incredible small, so much as a carseat, parent and the doctor in one room requires dancing just to get around each other. Lastly, my newborn son happened to have a complete blowout in his diaper when I was in the office, and my new mom brain was obviously not prepared since I left the diaper bag in the car. Upon asking for a backup diaper and wipes, I was told that they only have size 2 diapers and one small baby wipe the size of a moist towelette to offer me....?? Overall, yes Dr. Rai is amazing, but her sercives are hard to focus on when you feel like office is literally falling apart. There are far too many other good doctors out there with presentabe working situations to have to put up with these types of conditions, especially at the rate of the insurance that I pay. read more

I have been bringing my children to Doctor Raimel's office for a year. I haven't met the doctor, but the nurse practitioner is great, except for my last appointment. I did not have a good experience because she was more focused on teaching the resident doctor who was shadowing her, rather than acknowledging me & my questions during the appointment. Other than that I've had a good experience with the staff every time. Wait time is also pretty hit & miss, sometimes there's no wait time & sometimes I'm waiting to see the nurse for over an hour. Overall, I like bringing my children to this office because they are great with kids & that helps them stay calm. read more

I'm a mom to a 6 month old and 4 year old and I know how frustrating it can be to find a good Dr. for your kids. This is a fantastic Pediatrician practice!!! Awesome office staff and nurses...very friendly and helpful. Easy to get appointments and very little wait time to see the Dr. The office staff (Erica in particular) will relay any health concerns you may have about your child , to the Dr. and will call or text you back the same day. Dr Rai is incredibly sweet, personable and knowledgeable! She takes her time and is happy to answer any and all questions you may have about your child's health. Been coming here for almost 3 years. I've seen both doctors. The Asian doctor comes in the room by introducing her self like I've never been there or seen her. Then as the appointment goes on I ask about my kids stool she tells me to stop feeding my daughter apples and bananas BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FIBER AND THEY MAKE YOUR POOP HARD.... Then my daughter is nervous and scared like any kid. She keeps saying oh my gosh under her breath like we are such a issue when your my kid's doctor. After my first kid she asked what kind of insurance they have then tells me I need to take my son somewhere to get checked for something he has no signs of although now I'm going to get a second opinion and never coming back here again. The nurse wasn't any way friendly or mean but at least she tried to make my daughter feel comfortable when she seen I was trying to sooth her. My daughter is at a age where she understands and responds to you as a person not a baby. Also she is mad I haven't done blood work for my daughter I guess all kids have to get done although they never told me last visit nor did they give me blood work papers and she acted like I was lying! Why would I not care for my kids health. If I have to I'll drive to the city for a better doctor. read more

My husband and I were disappointed with our newborns first Pediatritian so we were referred to Dr. Raimel Perez-Pasiliao by our urgent care doctor and we are so happy we decided to change doctors. All staff members in the office are really nice and the doctor is great. She is extra friendly and always laughing/smiling. She is very clear with answering questions we may have and she really takes the time to listen to what we are asking her. She never makes us feel rushed or unimportant. We couldn't be happier! I don't know why it took me 4 years to write this review for such a wonderful pediatrician. We have been going here since my first daughter was born. Five years later with 2 kids, we just so blessed having Dr. Pasiliao taking care our two kids. In between those 5 years, there were periods of time that we have to change pediatrician due to our insurance. But from all those supposed to be excellent pediatricians, none have enough compassions, personalities, knowledges and great staff such as Dr. Pasiliao. Coming from ER/urgent care background myself, being an intensivist and hospitalist at the same time, I am glad that I found a pediatrician that is better than me. It would be so sad if I have to go to a pediatrician that does not even know her right hand from her left hand. Dr. Pasiliao is not just having experience as an outpatient pediatrician, but she also is an experienced hospitalist pediatrician. That means, she's been there, done that, saw the worst of the worst. Having a hospitalist background is a must because with that experience a doctor can experience the whole disease process and progression from the beginning to the end. That means less error and more accurate in diagnosing and treating the disease. In short, with Dr. Pasiliao as your pediatrician, I can assure you that you will have a good night sleep. I researched pediatricians in the area within my network for Anthem Blue Cross HMO when I was pregnant with my first little girl. Dr. Rai had the best reviews of all doctors I found. I called and asked the staff a few questions but didn't actually go in to talk to Dr. Rai and "interview" her, although the staff did say it was something we definitely could do. I chose her to be my doctor. After I gave birth, I first met Dr. Rai at the hospital as she came by to check up on my newborn. I instantly liked her. She was so kind and I just felt comfortable with her. It's been 19 months now and I love her as my daughter's pediatrician. Very attentive, and answers all questions. I've even called in to ask random questions during office hours and her staff follows up with her for me and returns my calls ASAP. The staff is great too and wait times are short. I recently went in since my daughter had a fever throughout the night. When we came in, the fever was at 105.4. The nurse and Dr. Rai paid immediate attention to her and acted swiftly and calmly, even though it was very obvious that the temp was concerning. Dr. Rai also waited for the stat lab results to come in until 7:45p and called me as soon as she got them. She truly cares about her patients and it's obvious. She also doesn't get short with my daughter even though she cries the entire appointment. I highly recommend her! She has my mommy stamp of approval. read more

Absolutely love Dr. P!! We have been with her for the past 3 years and I've never had one issue with her or the wonderful staff she employs. She does see quite a few patients, so there may be a little wait when you get there, but it's not unreasonable... actually, you can swing by the bakery next door if you are that impatient. If you are new to the parenting thing (or just want a better pediatrician), I definitely recommend coming here. It was ok. I went in for a wellness check up and the pediatrician wouldn't let us meet her since they said she couldn't do an interview because my baby is already born. (Weird) So I guess if you're pregnant you can do the interview if you're not then I guess you just try it... So we did she was nice as was the front desk but not spectacular. They didn't weigh my baby without clothes which they usually do. She didn't check all the motor movements like my previous doctor or her head. The doctor didn't really answer my questions. She just kept saying yeah that's normal. I know it's normal, I just want to know what the reason for it is. It was ok. The actual rooms were pretty horrible they're tinny and smell really old. It was like we stepped back into my moms pediatrician office. So if you don't mind the ugly place and the old smell it's ok. Good luck out there. read more

Dr. Perez-Pasiliao has restored my faith in doctors. I have changed my children's doctors so many time because I think its extremely important to have a doctor that cares as much about my kids health as I do and Dr. Perez-Pasiliao does just that every time my kids come into her office. Her staff is also great! One huge issue I have had with doctors offices in the past was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff but that is not the case with Dr. Raimel staff! They are very kind and professional, always smiling when I walk in and when I call I'm not put on hold for more then a couple seconds if I am put on hold at all. Having to take your babies to the doctor sucks most of the time but Dr. Raimel and her staff makes it so much better by providing a warm and caring environment! read more

I met Dr Rai when I was helping my cousin with her twins 8 years ago (3/25/10). When I had my first daughter 3.5 years ago, I knew I wanted to have her has my daughter's pediatrician. Now, I, too, have a set of my own twins, who just turned 1 year. Dr Rai and her staff (Christina, Sarah, and Erika) are all friendly and very helpful. It's never a long wait. Dr Rai always listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions, even the silly ones. As a mom who worries a lot, she always calms my fears and makes my children and I feel better. LOVE LOVE LOVE this office. I've been taking my daughter here since she was born. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The doctor is awesome!!!! She's always willing to see my daughter on short notice for our first time parent worries :) She is also great at answering our questions by phone too. I highly recommend this office for parents with small children. Just a tip so you don't do what we did... There are two entrance doors: one for sick visits that has all the office info on it, and the other door is for well visits and is labeled as such. :) We accidentally walked our newborn into the sick side because we saw all the doctor's office info on it. :/ read more

Dr. Rai is a great doctor! She is thorough, caring, and truly only wants the best for your child. Her staff is so nice, and you will certainly be treated with respect here. A couple of notes (unrelated to the actual medical care): -There are two separate entrances: sick (left) and well baby (right). -Waiting rooms are small and don't have chairs. There are only a couple of fabric couches. You might be standing in the tiny entrance because there is no place to sit, or, you don't want to sit because it doesn't feel clean to sit on the old couches. No room for your stroller. -Exam rooms are small, but have cute murals on the walls for the kids to look at. No room for your stroller. -You don't get an after visit summary/print-out. If you are coming from a large health institution, you are probably used to getting a print-out with all of the information from the appointment. You do not get that here, nor do you have access to see the information online. If you need to keep track of the information, or have a print-out to bring with you to other appointments, this is not the place for you. Dr. Rai and her staff are wonderful, but her practice doesn't have the latest technology or the newest and cleanest waiting rooms and exam rooms. If you don't care about those things, and just want a good doctor, then you won't be disappointed with Dr. Rai! read more
