He assured me the company would make it right. Just received a note from the company. They cited a clause in the docusign agreement they gave you sign when you hire them. It says "On extremely rare occasions, tile and stone can chip or crack while we drill to install our anchors. Boston Glass Group is not responsible for any costs associated with this. We will remove the pieces necessary and continue installation once the repair is completed at no additional cost. We deal with a broken tile about once every 250 showers. We cannot assume liability for any fee's charged by Atristic Tile for their portion of the process" So you pay them to install the glass. They break your stuff. They don't repair. Awful! Untrustworthy. Do not engage.

However a snag developed, turns out our tape measure did not measure the glass correctly (Big difference between a general construction measuring tape that does not need to be so accurate, and others) ........see next paragraph.... Called Saturday and explained the problem with glass being off with the measurements, was helped that morning, found out it was my tape measure that was off, no problem slightly trimming the glass to what was needed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
