Communication about delivery was great and the order arrived on time. It was carried to the room of our choice as part of the "white-glove" delivery service. A signature for the delivery was requested and provided. Then they were asked about the assembly and debris removal. They said they were only hired to deliver the package, but would call to see if there was more. They returned their dolly to their truck while on the phone, jumped in, and tore out of the driveway. We texted the delivery phone number back and they called within a few hours asking what happened. They offered to see if the drivers were still in the area and to have them return but they were well outside of the delivery window by that point and we could not wait for them. Additionally, if they are that lazy and shady to have acted like that the first time, we had no interest in letting them assemble our equipment. read more

This is a rating for the delivery of a treadmill I ordered online. Honestly this shipping communication I received was good, but all the correspondence was either one word, or bot communication via text. They guys in the truck showed up in the prescribed window, which was not terribly long. Unfortunately during the pandemic the vendor stated that they deliver would not be able to set up the treadmill (est 350 lbs). The two delivery guys did offer to put the box in my open and cleaned out garage bay since no one was in there and it was just inside the door. I watched and thanked them for their service. I did however notice some signs of mishandling and lack of care for the shipment(s). I took photos of the delivery truck when they opened it since there were more than one of these cardboard crates upside down stack on top of each other. A practice that is ill-advised according to the vendor as well as the little pictures on the crates. The guys also put the treadmill in my garage tipped sideways. I thought they were going to unload it off the dolly and lay it flat, but I was mistaken. After the NSD truck left, which the delivery guys were friendly enough, I began unpacking the treadmill only to find two pieces broken. I cannot confirm this was the fault of the NSD or the vendor since the crate was not particularly damaged in those areas. That's why just a 3-star rating. Again, if someone else loaded their truck poorly, my delivery guys were pleasant and only here for appx 15 minutes to unload. They did not offer any additional cost services paying extra to have them set up or place specifically in my home. Idiots!!! I will never order anything that requires dealing with this company. My delivery from Home Depot has been a total nightmare. My items were received heavily damaged. Now I am trying to get the damaged items picked up for return and it's a joke trying to get someone on phone or pin them down to when they will pick up. Worst delivery company I have ever deal with!! I ordered 100ct bottles of bleach from Home Depot, not only was my delivery late in which case I had to run out to my nearest walmart to stock up.. This company got the job done and on time. We ordered a very large product thru Bed Bath and Beyond. The freight delivery took 10 days and was finalized this afternoon as offered thru tracking. The drivers and delivery were very good, Even the customer service rep we needed to contact last night tried to assist. So why only and average 3-Star rating ?? Nobody from NSD called us even the night before delivery. At 645pm we had to start emailing and asking for help. Nobody could assist. Even the client service supervisor suggested package was still a couple days out as product was not checked in nor accepted. Online tracking clearly showed delivery Friday with a HUGE 12 hour window. The next morning (Friday) we received only a text saying window was now 4 hours and out for delivery. Funny, as the retailer suggested we should have been contacted to setup a mutually acceptable time. We had to do that today also, on our own, as they plain don't communicate properly. If you look at all poor social media complaints and issues, it all surrounds a lack of proper communication. NSD, pickup the phone and be proactive with clients. Success in delivery is possible if you take the choice to be better prepared and allow the clients the same. Text updates are the confirmation not the only contact. Well, I Chatted with Ms. Jennifer A. and I think I know what the A is for. She had no clue as to what she was doing or even looking up and only said she submitted a request for delivery. But for me when a customer care rep writes you back in ALL CAPS I don't think its a good thing. I also requested to have a manager or supervisor call or email me she wrote " I have submitted the request" and left. I printed out the paper with the chat and will be emailing them to the company posting them on the net. They let me know they were coming the day before (email and text). I had left a message the day before and they called me back the following morning. They tried to work with my schedule the best of their abilities. Which was great because we had prior engagements right in the middle of the delivery time. Absolute terrible experience. I took the day off as it was a signature required delivery. They didn't show. I am in new construction and anticipated issues, so I contacted Amazon with directions and verified they had my number. After the first failed delivery, I also attempted to contact NSD. Not once did they answer their support line. When requesting a call back, I received no call. I attempted probably a dozen times throughout this process. They eventually put it as undeliverable and cancelled my order without ever calling me or making any kind of attempt at communication. Ordered two vanities from homedepot and paid extra for THRESHOLD delivery.  on the day of the delivery, they simply dropped off ONE of the vanities on my driveway blocking my car from going in and out of my garage.  not sure where the other vanity is.  when you track it online, it shows that BOTH have been delivered with signature capture!  both were not delivered and i never gave signature.  i was never given the chance!  reached out to NSD and the agent argued with me about threshold delivery.  not sure why homedepot even do business with them.  now, i cannot even use my car because this big heavy box is blocking it and i almost hurt my back trying to move it.  called homedepot and they gave me around $600 in credit because of their F'up.  and the agent admit that they are seeing a lot of issues with NSD.  also told homedepot that we are not liable for any damages caused by rain and etc because the vanity that they delivered is sitting in the driveway.  stay away from them.  i will be taking further action if the vanity is damaged and/or becomes damaged and/or any and all related adverse effects from their Fup.  lastly, look them up on BBB.  Not a very good rating. UPDATE: I reached out and Home Depot agents and their supervisor also reached out and we are all told the same thing saying that they will check and reach out in 24-48 hours. It's been more than 24 hours and nothing. Will call home depot for a full refund and credit for damages if I don't hear anything. Non Stop Delivery means even if they show up at your residence for delivery they DO NOT STOP!!!!!! They should change their name from NSD to DNS. Their website shows 4 out for delivery days and after several phone calls and promises of delivery on two different days, which all 6 days they were a NO SHOW, and on one of the days I asked to speak with a supervisor, which I did after a long wait time on hold, I was told by her that she spoke with the terminal manager and he promised it would be delivered on Sat., Oct. 10th, again another NO SHOW. Monday, Oct. 12th I called the automated phone number and was informed it was out for delivery between 9 am and 1 pm, guess what, another NO SHOW. So again I called the automated phone number and finally talked to a female whom I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said, I need to get some information first. So I filled her in on every little detail, after she placed me on an extended hold she finally came back and informed me she was transferring the call to a supervisor, well I was on hold for another 20 minutes before the supervisor came on line. After \about a 10 minute conversation she informed me that she had information from the Chantilly, Va. terminal that they tried to deliver my package at 4:15 on Sat., Oct. 10th and the client, although she couldn't tell me who the client was, had refused delivery because the glass on my shower doors was broken. I insured her that the driver did not show because we were home all day and had several family members also here visiting for the weekend. Her only solution was, well you are going to have to take this up with Home Depot and she then forwarded my phone call to Home Depot customer service. I received a full refund from Home Depot even though it was not their fault. I hope they bill NSD for the full $830.84 refund they gave me and that they no longer use this company for their deliveries. Probably the worst delivery I have experienced! I was unable to track the progress of my shipment the entire time and received no communication from NSD about when it would be delivered. On the day of the delivery, the delivery person did not even attempt to knock on my door. My packages were dropped on my front lawn and sidewalk. As you can see in the pictures, these boxes were clearly obstructing the sidewalk. I ordered 3 kitchen cabinents from Home Depot. My first clue was the two boxes were shrink wrapped together, and they dropped them and ran.why ? because that way the completely pulverized cabinent parts would not fall out of course! I had to bring the sawdust to the local HD store to get a refund. so I re-order , The second delivery was also delivered damaged and was refused. A big hole in the back of one cabinent, and a gouge in the door of another. Were they dropped? kicked ? tossed? who knows... After it had been "out for delivery" for 4 days I finally attempted to contact NSD. Chat never worked...in fact...as I waited...it completely disconnected. Email attempts to customer service were never returned. Phone calls to the company were never picked up...and finally disconnected between 10-15 minutes. Absolutely the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I finally found an email provided by one of the "V.P.'s" on one of the many bad reviews. I send an email and did get a response. Explained that I would get a call when delivery was scheduled. No call. This afternoon I received a notification from Amazon that it had been delivered. When I arrived at the house it was leaning up against the house with a big hole in the side of the box. It was obvious parts would be damaged when I unpacked the box.....and I was correct. From the time it left the manufacturer it was obvious that the package had not been handled with any care at all. Now I have to return through Amazon. This is the first time I've been frustrated enough with a service to take the time to write a yelp review. At the time of this writing I've been awaiting a delivery that I purchased online from Lowe's for over a month. NSD took the first two weeks to slowly move the package through their network, then on around March 26th they apparently lost it. They did not find it until April 8th after numerous emails. They probably never would've if I hadn't micro-managed it with inquiries after the tracking stopped updating. The item has been sitting at the semi-local terminal, since then. That was 7 days ago. I still have no new delivery scheduled and they do not seem the least bit concerned about that. They just put the item back in their unreliable system and only occasionally respond to my emails with apathetic canned messages. Again, there is no new scheduled delivery date. Takeaways: 1. Never buy online from Lowe's. Have it shipped to store and pick it up. 2. If you somehow get stuck with NSD on a shipment from another vendor, cancel that purchase as soon as you can and save your time. 3. The moment I post this review they will reply with an automated canned response showing concern and offering me the same email address that I've been sending to all along. It's a bot spam reply. One the rare occasion someone has reached out to me (usually through a bad Yelp review) they keep insisting they will call the last mile terminal location in Orlando, and I never hear anything back. All these clowns like Marshall, Pat, and Robert replying to the bad Yelp reviews never actually do anything, as Marshall said someone would contact me, of course no one ever did. I've filed a formal complaint against the BBB, and I am considering filing police reports in Virginia and Orlando for stolen property. At this point I'm not even expecting this product to ever be delivered. The absolute weirdest thing about this entire ordeal is that NSD absolutely refuses to tell me where this last mile terminal even is in Orlando. I've offered to pick up the item myself, or contact them directly, and they refuse. They won't even consider it due to "privacy issues". What this tells me is that more than likely these last mile terminals are actually some independent delivery contactor's storage unit, and their independent contactor is the one's actually delivering these products, and that's why they won't provide any contact information. I've never interacted with such a poor delivery company in my life. All these reviews on Yelp, and the BBB underscore how bad this company is. Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, and any other major company that uses this company really needs to rethink about using them in the future and the damage it's doing to those companies reputation. 1 star is about 3/4 of a star too high for them. I ordered an air conditioner from Lowes, they shipped it using NSD. The air conditioner was shipped over a week ago from reno, Nevada on its way to Oregon. Great. Except, it spends roughly 2 days at every stop, when it finally reached portland, Oregon I was excited, expecting to see it relatively soon. No such luck, it spent 2 days in portland and then headed to Spokane Washington where it has been for about 2 days now. The delivery is estimated to be between the 6th and tomorrow but I have yet to be able to get through to their customer service to give me any estimated time of the delivery. BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS I WIL BE INFOR.ING LOWES THAT I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO USE NSD TO SERVICE THEIR DELIVERIES. UPDATE: after my review I was asked to contact them regarding my delivery. I contacted them through email, while on hold with them on the phone. ( called 4 times today, none of the calls were answered and they were all ended by the automated system they use) they responded through email however to let me know that my delivery which is supposed to show up no later than tomorrow was not received at their local station yet and they do not have an eta on it but they would "get it scheduled " glad to see they're not breaking tradition of refusing to give any real information. At this time I have not been offered any solution, there has been no help at all.
