What is Home Depot thinking. I was told my order left the warehouse on the 5th and would arrive the 12th. It is now the 18th and the best I can get from home depot is that it is somewhere between Georgia and Phoenix and when it arrivesjNSD will call to schedule a delivery. It is impossible to reach Non Stop Delivery. This is not good service. Time for corporate to look into who hired these guys and why. Zero stars. Looks like I am having the exact same issues as others are having. I ordered a patio set June 1. Was to be delivered by June 16. When I look up tracking information it states that my set has been sitting in my town for the last 8 days. Yesterday and today it states that it was out for delivery. But I have yet to see it. I have contacted Home Depot 3 times and each time they 'email' the company asking that they get in touch with me. I have not received any contact from NSD. I received a phone call from Josh from NonStopDelivery's customer service. He said that the he had read my post on Yelp, and assured me that he would handle my concerns. Not twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the local warehouse and was informed that they had located my item and that they would delivery it on Thursday the 30th. I was impressed with NonStopDelivery's customer service. Non Stop emailed and called to confirm that 2 cabinets that were ordered from Home Depot would be here April !0 between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. My son in law drove 21/2 hours friday evening to install the cabinets. It is now 9:55 am on April 13th ad still no cabinets. I have called Non Stop customer service twice and Home Depot Customer Service. Two hours later still no call back. I want to be here to inspect the cabinets when they arrive but am scheduled to leave this morning to stay with my daughter who is expecting. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Range and dishwasher delivered error free with a great delivery agent NonStop Delivery was the carrier of record and as info, their delivering agent in NW Arkansas was excellent. They called me Monday afternoon to set up a time for delivery on Tuesday. Since the house is close to nothing they offered me either the first stop or the last stop of the day. I asked if they would be agreeable to 7 AM delivery (it takes close to an hour to get there). They called me again at 6:05 AM to let me know that they were on the way and I confirmed I would arrive before 0700. They were waiting for me at the top of the hill and followed me to the house. They had the dishwasher unloaded by 7 AM and the range a few minutes later. They were friendly and professional and they quickly unpacked the shipping material and took that with them; they had no problems getting either item up the stairs without damage. So super annoyed with this company. First of all i ordered furniture that was delivered by this company last year and my furniture arrived damaged and i sent it back. Then i order new furniture this year and lucky me, same delivery company. Now this time around.... i ordered a sectional through purchasing power on 11/28 which arrived at terminal in tampa on 12/13. I was promised this would be delivered before 12/25. I have been calling the company for days, wait times are ALWAYS over 40mins. After being frustrated on hold i sent an email to nonstop with order number requesting a call back on 12/16. No response as of yet. It is 12/18 and its still sitting at the terminal in tampa and no one has called to schedule. I called purchasing power and the rep said she would call nonstop and get info and call me back.... four hours later... nothing. So, I called nonstop and of course the local warehouse or whatever is closed so i have to wait until monday and i have to call and check back with them because obviously no one from this company or purchasing power knows how to call or email a customer back. UPDATE, order # 10715586 Initially I gave this company a bad review but ultimately I can say that I was remarkably impressed how my case was quickly resolved after my complaint on Yelp.com. I spoke with Devin of Nonstop Delivery who was awesome at resolving whatever I need. He reassured me that he would make sure that someone would give me a call and deliver the next day. Needless to say regardless of how much I wanted to be upset about everything, I could not had a better ending experience with anyone else. The delivery drivers were awesome and on time. They set the fridge up including the water dispenser. I wish I can remember their names so that I can give them the total praise of following through. How horribly unprofessional can a company be? After I called multiple times to schedule my delivery I'm now being told , we had a guy quit, so sorry you took time off today, how about Saturday". On 3/14/16, I ordered a treadmill from Nordic Track, with delivery expectations of 2 weeks. On 3/18/16, I received notice that my order had shipped via NSD. I check the NSD website and had an expected delivery of 3/28/16. On 3/24/16, per the NSD website, the order had arrived at the local Kernersville, NC terminal. I did not receive any communication about scheduling a delivery by 3/29/16, so I called NSD customer service and scheduled delivery for 3/31/16 between 2 and 6 pm. The order did not arrive on 3/31 and no communication was received about a delayed delivery. I called NSD again on 4/1/16 to let them know the order did not arrive and was informed that they would contact the terminal once it opened at 10am. I called again on 4/4/16 as I had not heard back from anyone at NSD and was informed that my request had been escalated to the logistics manager at the terminal. On 4/6/16 around noon, I called AGAIN because no one had contacted me and was told I would receive a call back within the hour after someone had talked to the terminal. By 4:30 on 4/6/16, I had yet to hear from anyone so I called AGAIN and asked to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor was unavailable and was to return my call as soon as possible. I have tried 4 times to call the supervisor back after missing the call with no success. On 4/7/16, I contacted Nordic Track directly to try and resolve the issue and they have escalated it once again. However, I'm sure this will do no good. The terminal in Kernersville, NC is unresponsive. It is unacceptable to ignore repeated requests for updates on a delivery order that has now been sitting at the terminal (and more importantly PAID FOR) for 2 weeks. I will NEVER have anything sent through NSD again. read more

I have to say this company has quite redeemed itself. They have been on top of this order since my review on the 11th. My order was delivered yesterday. The men were very courteous and worked incredibly hard well into the the evening to get everything assembled to my satisfaction. One star is too many. If you place an order and find out that NSD has been contracted for delivery, cancel your order and buy the product elsewhere. One week after the order was scheduled to arrive, I started doing research about this company and realized we would never get the item. According to NSD's tracking information, the item was in the Concord, NH warehouse, but also according to NSD's website, there is no warehouse in Concord, NH. My wife called NSD customer service and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the call disconnected. This happened twice. The third time a rep answered and said he would email the Concord, NH warehouse and get it delivered ASAP. The next day my wife got an email from NSD apologizing for the delay and that we would get a delivery notification prior to delivery. Today, my wife got a notification that a delivery was attempted, but no one answered the delivery notification call. My wife was home all day. No call and no delivery was attempted at the house. My wife then attempted to call NSD 3 separate times and was on hold 30 minutes each time, and each time the call disconnected. She then called Amazon and after they attempted to contact NSD to no avail, they initiated a return and refund. Thankfully Amazon cares and hopefully they end their contract with NSD sooner rather than later. Absolutely horrible customer service on the part of NSD. Avoid at all costs. read more

I will not order from Home Depot online again if they continue to use this service. I have 3 tracking numbers. They delivered one of the items but closed out the wrong order. I have been calling for a week now. Tracking shows my items were here in Tucson at the last mile terminal on wed 18th of June. Then on the 19th it was sent to New Mexico. Was told by rep they just made a mistake. Now it shows my items arrived in Tucson again on the 24th. So I call today and was told they just received them. I said the tracking shows they were there yesterday morning and he says well they just checked them in today. If that's true then why did they update tracking yesterday? And now I am told they will call tomorrow to set up a delivery for Friday or early next week!!!!!! What takes so long to set up a delivery????? I will be more than happy to go get them myself at the terminal!!! Never again. I am also putting this out on my Facebook page to let everyone I know not to use this service. The other components were delivered by fed ex and ups and they all arrived a week or more ago!!! Really???? What's your problem nsd???????? I give - 5 stars but I had to put 1 to post review. This has been the worst experience ever with a shipping company. I call and it just kicks me off after 15 minutes on hold and says they will call me back. The guy calls back tells me they have my package in my city at their terminal, whatever that means. They will call me in 24 to 48 hours to " schedule delivery" meanwhile their website indicates that it is already scheduled. 3 business days and a weekend later I call again. Kicked off for a call back yet again. The guy calls back puts me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnects me. Amazon contacts them, the amazon rep says they have indicated they will call me by 5pm today. Here we are 5:23 after its been sitting at their " terminal" for 6 days. No call. So I call back and I am now waiting for them to call so I can cancel the order because I have had enough of the complete lack of customer service. They should be embarassed to be in business and amazon should cut them off from handling their freight. read more

So seeing the reviews of this delivery company are scary but I can see how they are true. I am currently in the middle of what almost everyone else had described. I'm south of DFW and have an order that was contracted to them by Amazon that was supposed to be delivered today between 11-2pm. It is past my window with no delivery or update. I have tried for over an hour to either get through to the customer service number and online chat. Neither have worked, the phoneline will eventually hang up on you and say they will call later. I have not received an update from the crew that is supposed to deliver either. I have been home all day waiting for this delivery as it requires a signature, I have a child that I need to go pickup from daycare and I'm trying to figure out what to do. If I leave and they come, it seems impossible to get someone on the phone. My husband is active duty so I'm the only one here and can't be in 2 places at once. I would appreciate better communication on the status of my order. The order is a bigger one but it's also for my husband. Is there a way to report all the issues to Amazon so that this company will not be used in the future? So many issues and complaints seem like more needs to be done. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bbq grill and it was shipped via NDS. It took 6 weeks to deliver it from Ohio to Michigan. I tracked the package. It went from Ohio to Michigan to Kentucky to Florida to Massachusetts back to Michigan (it traveled more than me). I was told by the place I ordered it that NDS has it at their location in Michigan. I tried multiple times to get status and was told we will call you back with delivery. This went on for 4 weeks. The grill was less than 20 miles from my house and they wouldn't let me pick it up. I placed a order for a treadmill with Nordictrac for a treadmill in late January. I still have not received it. When I ordered it the claimed it would arrive in 10 to 14 days. They shipped it with Non Srop Delivery. It is March 6th and I still have not received it. Nordictack contracts with Non Stop Delivey foship there products. The first one that was shipped was apparent lost!!! So Nordictrac aparently shipped out another one. Still have not received it and no phone calls from the company to tell me when I will get it. My credit card was charged in late January. Very disappointed, I didn't think that companies did business this way, so if you order a product and this company is the shipper, don't expect to get the product or get a phone call from the company. January 29th- We ordered a vanity, 2 tops (with sinks attached), and a side splash. We had already gotten stuck dealing with this company in the past and the experience was awful. No one answers the phone, there is no scheduling of a delivery or communication, the items sits at their location for weeks before they attempt a delivery, and they will leave the items ANYWHERE! My prior experience involved an item that they took a month to deliver. I already bought a different item in another store by that time and called once to cancel delivery of the old order and again days later to verify that it had been cancelled. Then out of the blue about a week later they showed up to deliver the twice cancelled item. So, we already suspected that we would be dealing with incompetence when we were informed that this was the delivery service being used for this new order. February 12th- Part of the order was delivered. That was one vanity top and side splash. The delivery people tried to tell me that I also had a shelf coming??!? I clarified that no, I did not. I had another vanity top and a vanity cabinet coming. One of the delivery guys tried to convince me that the box that they just delivered containing the vanity top/sink in it was the vanity cabinet AND the top and sink - like an all in one box. I was dumbfounded at the ignorance and sarcastically said that if that was the whole vanity and top in that one box that it was the smallest I had ever seen and that they could take it back right now. He realized that it was just the top/sink when he slowly read the side of the box out loud. I doubted these guys finished High School. The driver had no idea how to drive that truck. Our driveway is on a small slope and there was snow. He should have backed in but they didn't. He almost took out my yard turning around and took off up the hill without his helper. My neighbor took the helper, on his quad, to find the driver and truck. February 16th- We want to know where our vanity and matching top, with sink, is. I call NSD and of course no one is answering the phones. I call HD and the Rep gets a hold of NSD and all they can tell her is that they have to check their dock for it. I am promised a return phone call... which never comes. February 18th- We call NSD again and a woman answers who is incredible rude. She has no answers for us, offers no apology, and it is very apparent that she is not willing to do anything with this situation other than to snottily say that it's not NSD's problem and that we will have to call HD and make a claim. We call HD and they get a hold of NSD. We are then informed that they have lost our items. We can see from tracking that it fell off radar once it hit Michigan. February 19th - Home Depot reorders our vanity and top w/ attached sink for us. During this entire time, there is no existing sink in our bathroom. March 4th - Our tracking information shows absolutely nothing and that no items have been shipped yet. Home Depot calls the shipper and states that she has no information for us either, other than that it is set to be delivered between March 1st and March 8th. March 5th (6AM) NSD tracking magically shows that it shipped out on Feb 26h and has been in a lengthy transit ever since.... just like the last time. I suspect that this shipment will just disappear as well. I am expecting to see the originally ordered 48" vanity with the matching top and sink, pop up on Craigslist or the likes. It is astounding how much Home Depot merchandise is being sold online. This company has the worst reputation for items being damaged, stolen, and not being delivered to an area that is proper to leave them in. No one answers the phones at this company most times. They are rude and classless and completely useless in customer service. Pat, you can go ahead and comment here to my post but no one is buying that you care, that you're sorry, or that anything will be done to make a difference...because you don't and you won't. Probably the majority of customers given a choice on the delivery company, absolutely would not choose yours. Your gestures of appearing to want to help by asking for a customer's order number or suggesting that they call you for further assistance are so transparently insincere that the only person you are fooling is yourself. AMAZING WHITE GLOVE SERVICE - MUST READ: The team delivering our appliance was the BLUE PA Team with Mo. Home Depot let me down SEVERELY because when I made my purchase online, I specifically bought it through them with the understanding (and verbal confirmation from them) that this would not only delivered, but installed as well. WELL, of course the delivery takes place and we come to find out that Home Depot filled out my order as a basic delivery which means a simple drop off. I was visibly upset and even though Mo and the team had absolutely no obligation to stay and help, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Issue #1) their team was not paid to deliver the unit into my 2nd floor duplex unit (did Home Depot tell us this or specify? NOPE), but they agreed to do it anyway. Issue #2) The box wouldn't fit through the doorway. Mo unscrewed the hinges and temporarily took the door down. Issue #3) The unit box wouldn't fit through the hallway stairs to get it into the unit. Mo and his team unpacked the unit out of the box, got lifting straps and hand carried it up a flight of steep stairs. Issue #4) It was not communicated from Home Depot that the unit would have to be installed. Mo and his team took an additional 40 minutes out of his time to UNINSTALL the existing unit AND INSTALL the new unit... water lines and ALL. Even took the time to do extra inspection of the small washer parts needed to ensure sealed water lines because he has had years of experience in the field for this particular scope of work. Issue #5) The existing old unit needed to be taken out of the building in the same fashion the new one had to come up --- through that narrow hall and down the stairs. They did that. Issue #6) They didn't need to dump it for us BUT THEY DID. They did EVERYTHING and was SOOOO COURTEOUS and PATIENT the entire time. Not only that, but I was so irate with Home Depot and took my frustration out on them in the beginning and they always remained pleasant, calm, and friendly. They put the door back on properly and did FANTASTIC work. I can't believe my terrible luck with Home Depot, but my more-than-plentiful luck that I had the BLUE PA TEAM there to help rectify everything that was not their fault at all. The craziest thing is that I called Home Depot's customer service line and they couldn't even locate my ORDER! How is that even possible when the unit was obviously delivered and I had 5-6 email confirmations directly from Home Depot? Can't believe it... It was such a crazy morning.... I ordered a bathtub from amazon on 1/16/19 delivery was immediately set for 2/19/19. no call no show, called and rescheduled for 2/26/19, no call no show, now it is scheduled again and I have zero faith it will be delivered. The customer service is horrible and no one helps, they just put you on hold and leave you there. If you see this is the company delivering your items, cancel the order and find something else because as you can see from the many reviews this company will not deliver on time. I even received an email from the company saying my delivery was delayed due to weather or natural disaster none of which occurred. I never feel the need to leave reviews, but I have never been serviced by a more incompetent company. I had a scheduled delivery window from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the package was shown being in transit, but as soon as 12 PM hit, the package mysteriously vanished. After days of hassle, the package finally was listed as being returned to the NSD Terminal, but only after I said I no longer wanted the package. I was told I would be contacted by NSD as soon as this happened, but I was not. I then told Amazon I would be going ahead and continuing with the order, and they stated it was fine. When I messaged NSD about this issue, the package was soon listed as lost again. I have reason to believe someone at the local terminal is attempting to keep the package for themselves. It pains me to give NSD one star. I've never had such horrible customer service with a company that it has lead me to write my first review ever. My bathroom vanity arrived in their Pittsburgh area terminal on 5/19/20 and I still don't have it on 6/30/20. On 5/22 I got an automatic call saying it would be delivered on 5/23 and nobody ever showed up. I was home all day. Aside from the money I have tied up in this purchase, I have spent almost 8 hrs on hold and calls with Home Depot (who also couldn't get ahold of them or get a response for help) and more time calling and emailing NSD with promises that it would be escalated and "a manager would call me." I have emailed extramile@shipnsd.com multiple times so please don't respond asking me to do so. At one point, Marshall W. did respond telling me he would update me the following week, but then never did and stopped responding to my emails asking for follow up. He has my tracking number, phone and address so please don't tell me to email extramile@shipnsd.com again. I tried to cancel my order and do a new one to just ship it to the store directly, but the vanity is now out of stock so I can't get a replacement. What shipper holds onto somebody else's product for 6 weeks and refuses to respond to them or do their only job...deliver it? Unbelievable that this company is even in business. Ordered a treadmill from Nordictrack on January 11, according to NT it was processing for shipping by January 14 and according to NSD website, in transit to them on Jan. 22. It arrived in Grand Rapids MI on Jan 24. Great, everything working on time at this point! Apparently on January 29th and again on January 30th it was "Out for Delivery". Not one single call from NSD to let us know it was in the area on either day. My husband or I could have easily been here either day if we had notice. Not even a note on the door that they were here and would attempt to redeliver. Fast forward to around Feb. 4th. We finally decided that this was taking longer than average and contacted Nordictrack. They reached out to NSD and we received a call from them (NSD) several days later saying our delivery was delayed by weather. Ok, we can live with this, surely we'll have something within a week. Waiting patiently. Around Feb. 13th I started online chatting with NSD and received excuse after excuse and multiple "I'll accelerate this to my manager and have this resolved". Still no calls, nothing! Finally Feb. 20th my husband is pretty angry, we're paying for a treadmill we've still not received. He called NSD and unfortunately had to get angry with the poor girl on the phone. He pointed out that on both Jan. 29 and 30 they were in our area and failed to even attempt to contact or make delivery. She promised us our delivery would happen on February 21st between 1-5 pm EST. Well, at least they managed that. Showed up at 4:45 PM. No call to let us know they were on the way. Where is that "courtesy call" NSD? We were both home at the time, but seriously, it would have been nice if the company had carried through with even that one simple thing. People trust you with large and often expensive purchases. Work on your customer skills, it will go a long way for you. I was so excited to finally be getting a new treadmill but NSD and their handling of our purchase totally ruined it. Truly a disappointing experience. I feel this is in part because the local shipping terminal is in Grand Rapids, MI, 4 hours from where we live, and they simply couldn't be bothered or it wasn't profitable to drive back up here. However, that would have been a non-issue if they simply would have done what they were supposed to do on Jan. 29 or 30, called us!! I will be sharing this experience with Nordictrack and sincerely hope they consider finding a new carrier for their shipping. read more

If you ever encounter them, don't just walk away, run and avoid like the plague! All the horror stories on here are true. Had ordered a big bathtub from amazon prime but was unfortunate enough to have this company be the delivery carrier. Was supposed to be delivered on 6/22/18 but that day came and went and no one contacted me. I called and was told the delivery was delayed because the trucks had issues and needed to be fixed. Was told it would be delivered on the next business day and someone will contact me. So I had my plumber come out again and we wait and wait and no bathtub or call. Had to pay the plumber twice now for delivery no show. So I called and was told they still had truck issues but it would get to me in the next day or two. Next day I got a message my tub was lost in transit. So I called and then was told it was lost but good news, they found it and it will be delivered in the next 48 hours. Deadline came and no call. So I called again and they said the item never made it on any truck so they're not sure how it was found but they don't have anything for me and to contact amazon regarding my order. So their story keeps changing every time I call. I emailed Pat Lynch and the extra mile team asking for assistance and received no response. They've lost my tub and I am having to wait out another 2 weeks while I order a new one. So much for customer service. Seems like this company does this frequently to customers -- lose their products and fails to communicate/respond. The worst company ever! Interesting the comment from Pat Lynch below. The tracking showed the item was received at their terminal around 6/18/18 -- 30 minutes from final delivery destination. It would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration if they were honest to begin with instead of telling me the delivery was delayed because of truck issues, then it was lost but they found it, to finally they never received the order! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company. They dropped a delivery at a house we are building that we are not currently occupying with 10 minutes notice. I never received any documentation or communication that it would be delivered on a Saturday. When the delivery guy arrived he told me I would have to sign for the package and I told him I live elsewhere and thus would not be able to sign so just return the items and I would work directly with Home Depot to reorder the materials which was over $4000.00. I asked him to please not drop the material outside my home because I had no ability to A. Move the items into my home because the floors were being installed and B. To please not leave the material outside as we live in downtown Minneapolis and are in a current state of unrest across the city. I didn't feel safe leaving $4000.00 worth of material outside my house with nowhere to leave it. Low and behold, Home Depot attempted to contact NSD and they said they had no choice but to leave it despite my strong objections. I then was connected to NSD and the customer service rep based out of Virginia, named Richard, said he couldn't help me pick up the material because the delivery terminal was closed on Saturdays. A little confused because how did they drop off my material on a Saturday if they're closed? I went on the website and it showed they were open 9-7 and the material was dropped at my house around 3pm. Unfortunately this company will be liable for a drop I didn't approve, i recorded the conversation between myself and the delivery driver where he agreed not to drop the material and did. I recorded the conversation with Richard who lied to me, and I went over to my house this morning and low and behold, all of the material is gone from outside my new house just as I expected. I will be forced now to get a lawyer and sue this company for the missing material and the damages. Very very unfortunate situation and I caution anyone ordering ANYTHING from Home Depot with a delivery from NSD- DONT DO IT, horrible awful customer service and not worth your time and ESPECIALLY your Money!!! Ordered something off of Amazon using "Prime" shipping and for some reason they picked this junk company to ship it through. It's been almost 2 weeks for something that was 2 day shipping. We have tried calling numerous times, the first time I was on hold for 27 minutes and never even got to speak to someone. The FOURTH time I finally spoke to someone and was assured that I would get a follow up call from them the following day, that was 4 days ago still nothing. I have no idea where my package is and Amazon can't get a hold of them to find out either. Now I get to wait another week before Amazon can deliver me another one. I have been waiting for a delivery for some time now. Checked into my future office location today and my furniture was there! I've been on the phone with NSD several times and told they were waiting for my furniture to arrive. I called them to tell them the furniture was there and they told me they had no record of that. I assured them I was LOOKING at my furniture as we spoke. Asked to schedule the installation and was told they COULD NOT schedule installation until they received the furniture. I don't get their system, but I need a credit for installation if they are not going to finish the job. read more

I have spent countless hours on the phone with Home Depot over the past weeks, as I never received the corner piece to my outdoor sectional. My delivery receipt had four items on it. I received four items, but one was a table that wasn't mine. Non stop delivery apparently uses a local moving company to deliver the items. Non stop delivery didn't answer my emails and when I tried calling, an automated voice said all reps were busy and hung up the phone. This local moving company called me to come get the table that isn't mine and informed me that they never received the corner piece. The moving company suggested that I "stay on top of it" meaning NSD does this all the time. I still don't have my corner piece. Today Home Depot transferred me to NSD after I asked them not to. I was in no way rude to the rep, though I may have been justified if I was, and she refused to answer any of my questions and hung up the phone. This company is absolutely ridiculous. I want to never purchase from Home Depot again if they continue to use this company. I've been charged for my item that I can't even use. read more
