This is week 3 now trying to get this company to pick up my Home Depot return. First time scheduled no call no show (an NSD rep said they don't know why but the driver didn't end up going to pick up your package), second time same no call no show, now I have a pick up scheduled for today. No call so far and their phone line hangs up on you when connecting you to customer service. I have had to go through Home Depot every time to get in touch with someone there ( I guess they have a special number that gets someone on the phone easier?) I have never had such a terrible experience with a shipping company. Someone please call me to pickup my return. My tracking number is R4508035. I have a 200 lb package that I can't lift myself to return to the store. I am wasting so much time waiting on hold on the phone everyday and I hate having to babysit you guys to make sure you actually come. Home Depot please change your shipping service company! It's been almost 14 days & no call, no emails back, & even Lowe's cant reach them to schedule a delivery for my door they've had for 14 days sitting on their local dock. Their automated phone system said 4:00 am - 4:30 am. I took the day off since I need to sign for it and set my alarm at 4:30 am. Hour after hour went by and to no surprise my package has not arrived. I went on their website and of course their chat function was not available. I sent them an email and received an automated response. Lastly, I called and after waiting on hold for close to 40 minutes the call was disconnected. I'm almost certain they hung up the call. The two guys that dropped off my boxes were very nice and went above and beyond to take the boxes off the pallet. I ordered a product from Home Depot and it was scheduled to be delivered today, 9JUN. Home Depot used NSD to ship and deliver the product. It arrived in the local terminal at 9am on 8JUN for delivery today. However, the website says estimated delivery is next week. I reached out via chat to NSD. The person on chat said there is a schedule request and someone will reach out in 72 hours...so no chance of delivery on time. There was nothing else the chat person could do. I asked if I could just go to the local terminal and pick it up myself today since it has been sitting there for over 24 hours already and I need it for this weekend. They said they could put in a pick up request which would be answered within 3-5 business days! WTF!? Is unhelpful Chat the only same day service or communication they provide!? Now I'm on hold with customer service who will likely...wait...their hold music just hung up on me!! It said we will call you back on the number you called us on. Have a nice day. Click! This company is a NIGHTMARE!! They lost our first order of over $3000 of cabinets. Now the cabinets are discontinued and only SOME base cabinets are available. So after reconfiguring the layout FOR ONLY THE BASE cabinets we placed another order of the cabinets that were available. Now today the cabinets have been delivered and of the 8 pieces 5 are damaged!!! Home Depot when called were basically useless at this point. They did a return pick-up order...and GUESS who we have to wait on now to come pick up these cabinets you got it NSD. That would take another week or so, for them to contact us to schedule a pick, so that at that point HD will refund the amount of those pieces. Then the refund will take approximately 4 to 5 days to be returned to original payment method. THEN we need to make another order to get those pieces replaced and pay shipping all over again, and wait another 4 weeks to get the cabinets in from McAllen TX. I rarely leave bad reviews, but the service at NSD can be greatly improved. The communication was nearly nonexistent. No one answered the phone when you call customer service and then the call eventually just hangs up. No one answers the chat when you leave a message, and you have to find a third-party to go through just to talk to someone. If a delivery person does reach out to you when they reach your property and missed the call, they will not pick up when you call back even if its immediately after missing the call. After several days of multiple emails, calls, and even having Amazon customer service contact them several times. I finally got my baby bed delivered. The delivery person was very nice and helpful when they arrived which is why I opted for 2 stars instead of one. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company if you have other options. read more

Never use this company The Baby crib that was delivered had damage to box exterior I asked the driver to allow inspection, he refused and said they only drop off. I spent the last seven days attempting to resolve the damaged goods that were damaged by harpooning the side of the box with there forklift. No one answers phones or texts, no one calls back, you can't get someone if you request a callback or if you wait - the system hangs up. You get one option on each call or text. For example, "Confirm a delivery today between 4-8pm." What if you can't confirm or need to change the date/time, or if it's not a delivery but an installation? Not an option. You have no way to contact them. I don't know why the person responding to these reviews can't either answer the phone or get someone to fix the IVR. The delivery guys (who didn't install) spoke no English. The link in the text to confirm says "This order is not available for confirmation." The two gentleman that delivered my couch couldn't have been more polite. They took the time to assemble my couch. My issue was the scheduling of the delivery. They called while I was working to set up a time. When I returned the phone call it was never answered. I called 7 times and left messages. I was ready to call JCPenney to resolve the issue. While eating dinner my doorbell rang and to my surprise the couch was ready to be delivered. My old couch was still in the living room and i had to scramble to push furniture and rugs around to fit the couch in the room. read more

I've been waiting over a week for NSD to schedule an appliance pickup at my house as a Home Depot Return. NSD sent an email stating they've been trying to get in touch with me...That was a bit humorous as it was their first attempt to get in touch with me. The email stated I should call their 833-744-7673 phone number. I choose the Returns option (#2), entered my information, confirmed it and then received an automated message stating they're having technical difficulties. My call was then disconnected. They are still having 'technical difficulties' three days later. I called Home Depot and they, too, had difficulties getting in touch with anyone at NSD. In fact, NSD disconnected their call after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. HD called NSD back only to be instructed to tell me they are behind in their work and I should wait another 2-3 days before I might hear from someone. For anyone else having problems with NSD, the company was just acquired in December by the Hub Group. HG is headquartered out of Oak Brook, IL with a phone number of 630-271-3600. While they haven't resolved my problem just yet (15 minutes after I called them), they at least promptly answer their phone and lead you to believe you will hear from someone shortly. As I'm writing this, I received another email from NSD stating I should hear from someone no later than 3/31at which time they'll tell me when they will schedule the pickup. So, we're to wait two weeks only to learn when they might be picking up our return appliance. Well, now, that some great customer service they're providing. We shall see. NSD delivered my NordicTrack Treadmill, and my experience was mixed. I received emails with a delivery date and delivery window between 4 and 8 pm. The emails stated that I would be contacted by the delivery driver prior to arrival. I made arrangements to be home from work by 4. The day of the delivery my wife just happened to swing by the house to get something between 2 and 3 pm. While she was there, the treadmill arrived and was delivered. The delivery was an hour and a half before the scheduled delivery window, and I never received a call or message from the delivery driver. If my wife hadn't forgotten something at home, we would have missed the delivery. So the delivery was on time (earlier than scheduled) and handled well, but communication was seriously lacking. read more

I order a mobility scooter from Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered via NSD. According to Amazon, NSD had my scooter in their warehouse since 2/7/23. Today is 2/22/23 and I have not received my scooter. NSD has not answered my email or phone calls. They are not cooperating with Amazon. I ordered a mobility scooter because I am handicapped and am extremely limited without it. It think they should be reported to the Federal Department of the Handicapped. This is who Home depot uses for their delivery service and I have no idea why. Worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a vanity from HD. We were supposed to get a call with delivery date and time window. Plus on the day of a 30 minute courtesy call. Well non of that happened. They just showed up one day and luckily my parents were at the house. However the box was trashed and the vanity top was shattered. My Dad the guys dropped it off and got out of there very fast like they knew what had happened. I get it things happen. So we called home depot, got a return scheduled and another vanity ordered. We were supposed to get a call to schedule the return and another call for the delivery of the other vanity. Well for the return they called the day of and were like we are coming today to get it. No one was home that day so we said it couldn't be picked up that day. Guy said okay we'll call back to schedule. We found out later that they had just cancelled the pickup. Next they go to schedule the delivery of the vanity. We get a day and time frame that works. That day and time come and go without a delivery. No courtesy call or anything. But then why did we get an email that said it was delivered? Come to find out according to NSD 30min courtesy call was made, it was delivered inside the front door and a signature was captured. It's becoming laughable at this point. The delivery issue still isn't resolved. Next we finally get another pickup ordered with HD and we just get an email from NSD saying we will call in 3-5 days the day before the pickup. I'm sorry I'm not home every day in order to accommodate their last minute pickup schedule. Especially when it's their fault it has to be returned in the first place. Then you try and call to get things figured out and they have zero clue what is going on with their terminals. I have no idea how this company is still in business. Processing a return through Home Depot and was advised to expect a call from NSD within 48 hours to schedule a return. Two days later I receive an email requesting a tracking number. Well, I have no tracking number but provide them with, what I completely guess is, a set of numbers provided in Home Depot's email to me. Home Depot calls that number a "case" number. The only way to communicate with NSD is to Chat, so I click "Chat" and get Lawrence or "LAW". This guy is a "piece of work!" He writes that I should be receiving a call/email in 48 hours. I replied by stating what Home Depot informed me, and he wrote back something to the affect as "well, that's too bad". I then questioned him why I received an email to contact them to schedule a pick up, only to be told by, my man, Lawrence that I would get a call within 48 hours to schedule a pick up. He replied something very snarky and severed our "chat" communication. I take it they don't monitor customer service there, and not sure Lawrence likes his job very much. So, I connect to "chat" again (the only means to communicate with them) and get another assistant (a bit more professional) who tells me that I will receive contact from them within 72 hours! Okay, now it just keeps going up. It started as 48 hours, then another 48 hours, now 72 hours! I'm now afraid to contact them because they may "up" the call/email/carrier pigeon from them to 30 days, or something! Customer purgatory, I suppose. Why does this company email the customer a couple of days after beginning the return process ONLY to tell the customer that it will take 72 hours for them to contact me for scheduling a pick up? Is this going to be a perpetual occurrence where I get on their "chat" line to be told to try again? Does Home Depot know just how inept this company is? Wow! read more

DO NOT USE!!! The delivery guys were nice enough. They finally came today and was nice enough to give me a 5 minute call right before they arrived. When you spend $$$ on something and pay to get it installed you expect to get it done correctly. My hand rails were not installed correctly nor was any hardware installed. My ground was not installed correctly . That is unacceptable that would've sucked if I got electrocuted to death. But hey, at least I'd be doing something I love while dieing right?!?! My husband found a plug cover for a hole that was damaged beyond repair. The covering for my screen is cracked in the back and won't tilt back. There were multiple issues with this shipping provider, the most disturbing, however, was their treatment of me as a customer. The excuses, the lack of follow-through, the lies about "attempted delivery," are all red flags. Buyer beware. Read the reviews about NSD carefully. Make sure you know the shipping company being used by retailers like Home Depot (where I made my purchase) and request another provider. I will no longer support any retailer that uses NSD. This was the most unprofessional and rude shipping company I have ever dealt with. They were extremely difficult to get on the phone. Sat on hold for 17 minutes 3 times...just to have a computer say "we will call you back" and hang up. They "schedule" delivery through text without getting confirmation. I wasn't even in the state. They showed up at my house and said they were leaving the item in the driveway when we had not confirmed a delivery. My husband had to be extremely aggressive with them to ensure they didn't leave the item with us not being able to secure it for another day. The customer support(if you can call it that) barely allowed you talk on the phone and hung up abruptly after each call. They DAMAGED our driveway with the delivery truck. Extremely unprofessional....who even attempts to back an "Enterprise Rental Truck" into an inclined driveway. The box was opened and damaged on 2 different sides. The box was delivered UP SIDE DOWN and left on front porch...UP SIDE DOWN! Clearly marked which side was UP and fragile. See photos. Nonstop Delivery was the company contracted by NordicTrack to deliver my treadmill. There were a lot of issues with my delivery: (1) I was told by a NordicTrack rep that Nonstop Delivery would contact me to schedule a convenient time for delivery within 48 hours of receiving the item. They sent me a text one evening at 6:15pm INFORMING me (not asking me) that they would be arriving between 11am and 3pm the following day, giving me less than 17 hours notice. I tried to schedule for the following Monday but they could not accommodate. I was supposed to be in the office, but had to change my plans so I could be home between 11 and 3. (2) As it was approaching 3pm and I didn't have any communication from the delivery company (I was supposed to get a 30 minutes heads up call), I called Nonstop Delivery to get a status check. They informed me that the deliveries were running 3-4 HOURS late. Why was this not proactively communicated to me? Where was the explanation? If I hadn't called myself, would I have just been left wondering, thinking I'd been ghosted? So at this point, I had to stay at my house all day waiting for them. They eventually showed up at 545pm. (3) The movers came in, dropped off a box, and said goodbye. A few problems - (a) They dropped off the wrong box. I ordered a treadmill and I think what they dropped off was a fridge. (b) I ordered white glove delivery. They just dropped off the box (the wrong box) inside my door. When I told them I ordered a treadmill and white glove delivery, they double checked and told me I was right, but they were not very nice about it and obviously not happy they had to do it. (c) They never gave me the 30 minutes heads up call! I told the dispatcher that with the 3-4 hour LATE delivery time, it was especially important that they give me a 30 minutes heads up. They did not. Luckily I was home. (4) Lastly, the movers left MAJOR marks all over my newly painted walls (see photos), caused by dragging the treadmill box along the wall. So many misses in my experience. I strongly urge NordicTrack to reconsider its partnership with this delivery company. Even though I love my NordicTrack now that it's finally here, I would almost rather buy a different treadmill if it would save me the pain and delays associated with this delivery. read more
