**SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW** I don't usually get this irritated at a company, but NSD is the most remarkably horrible company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am not even sure to start with their list of ineptitudes. Well, I ordered a Jet Lathe through Amazon with a delivery date of June 11, 2021. The item arrived in my state of NC from the literal farthest point away from me, WA in 5 days. The order then sat in their terminal for 5 days before the delivery date. Well, I was lied to, sorry, TOLD the item would be delivered between 9 am-12 am the following day. I had a feeling this was not going to be the case so I chatted with them. They confirmed that it would, in fact, be delivered the following day and the original time. Well... the next day came and I did not trust anything they had told me so I checked their online tracker, and wouldn't you know, it was not even scheduled for delivery. I called them again, which is useless. I chatted with them to find out that it was going to be delivered between 3 pm-6 pm the NEXT day. I will not even be in town to receive the package so I asked amazon to notify them that I will be picking it up in a terminal. They are theoretically "going to call for an address and time for pickup." We will see if this is the case. All in all, avoid this company like the plague. Between their sad excuse for customer service, complete lack of contact methods that result in speaking to someone, and their complete disregard for agreed-upon delivery dates, you would be better off asking the company you are buying from to not use them. If anyone wants to start a petition to ask Amazon and Home Depot to stop using them as a carrier I would love to get on board with that! If you decide to make your own life miserable and "contact" them, let me let you know what you're in for. Tracking through the website: Information never updated in any semblance of real-time. Remarkably inaccurate. Chat feature: Be prepared to see an automatic reply saying "Waiting for Customer Care representative," every 5 minutes (literally) for over an hour. Phone call: Yeah right, they won't answer... and a bonus, it times out after 16 minutes with a claim they will call you back at the number you called from. Since I have called them 17 times in 5 days and received ZERO calls back, I feel safe in assuming that is a complete lie. Godspeed. **UPDATE** I can honestly say I am impressed. I posted this review and within minutes I was contacted via phone by a gentleman who was very upset with what I posed. No with me for posting it, but at the issues I faced with his company. I was provided contact information necessary to procuring my item from a third-party hub they use. I reached out to them and I will be able to get my item today. Granted, I have to pick up this 250lb item, but it is better than not getting it at all. I began this day with disdain and hatred towards NDS, but after speaking to this gentleman, I can say, with all honesty, I am satisfied and will be updating my rating. I will still be taking away some stars for how difficult it was to contact them, but since the delivery problem is not their fault directly I will forever have a different opinion of NDS. I would like for them to have a discussion with the terminals they use to ensure customers such as myself do not have to continuously blame them for the ineptitude of a third party, but all in all, I am impressed with their drive to resolve a problem in a professional and extremely timely manor. read more

I ordered a new couch-in-box from Bed Bath and Beyond, and they used this company to deliver it for me. I received good communication via text and on the day of, two delivery guys came on by within the delivery window, as scheduled. They were nice enough to leave it outside my unit door for threshold delivery instead of just inside the condo building door, so I wouldn't have to ask a neighbor to help me carry it across the lobby and down the hall. I recently had some Nordi-track and Proform Fitness gear delivered. The NSD service agents were respectfully with my equipment and properly brought equipment through threshold. The whole process was took less than 5 minutes. No delivery issues. My only thorn in the process is that you are contacted through email and/or text. I am at a loss. My baby's crib was ordered. We have received multiple delays for delivery since mid July and my item is at the local terminal per the website tracker for weeks. We have sat on hold only to have an automation say someone will call us back and it disconnected. No one calls. For weeks. Emails are auto replies saying to go to website. The website has no working way to connect with customer service. I have never made a complaint to the better business bureau before but I'm getting close. I need to have this crib before my baby comes and I was assured by the store I purchased from I would have it 2 weeks ago. At this rate I'm genuinely concerned I'm never getting it. Their website talks about great customer service but they obviously don't care at all. If you have staffing issues then at least automate a realistic delivery date instead of leaving us hanging. This is beyond poor service. The ethics of this company is laughable to be hung up on and promised a call we both know isn't coming. Shame on you. Update: I'm sad to say it looks like a negative Yelp review may be the only way to get your item. They called me after giving me another email to try and confirmed delivery the following day. The actual people I interacted with were very polite. I've updated from a 1 to 2 star. I may update to a 3 when they actually deliver my item. Ordered a vacuum cleaner from Home Depot on 7/14. Nothing crazy, just a cordless Shark vacuum. They stated delivery would occur approximately 7/17 or 7/18. HD hands the ball off to NonStop Delivery for last-mile delivery. Their logistics center received the vacuum on 7/16, today is 7/27 and no movement. This company was sketchy before and a few days late from a prior Home Depot order but wasn't a big deal. This was beyond sketchy considering their logistics warehouse is 30/minutes North of my house. To have the product sit there 11/days without movement is extremely pitiful. Total failure for a last-mile delivery service. Order was cancelled and placed with Amazon instead (will be here tomorrow). Amazon definitely shows up. Home Depot will lose future orders from our household for this snafu. They definitely should have another provider. With 2000/stores and a $350/billion company valuation, they should be their own last-mile delivery service. The delivery itself was great! The delivery people were friendly and efficient, set up the equipment and cleaned up all the packing. They were even stuck here after 5 on a Friday, with 2 more deliveries after me. They were GREAT! The only thing that wasn't great was the delivery was a day late with no communication. This was a horrible delivery experience from beginning to end. They chose random delivery times that did not fit my schedule at all. I called to cancel once and the delivery driver still showed up at the house...he called me and told me he was at my house, and I told him no one could except the delivery. I had already rescheduled for a Thursday delivery, and no one showed up or called. Then I received a call saying they would drop it off the next day. Thankfully, I was scheduled to be home. I never received a call on Friday. I just walked out and there was the box sitting in my driveway. It was supposed to be delivered inside the house, so I had to muscle it inside. Finally, from the pictures, you can see that the package was battered quite a bit. When I unwrapped it, there did not appear to be any damage, but I am still holding my breath. At the very least, the appearance of the package and everything else surrounding this delivery experience is void of professionalism and even common courtesy. Fortunately the seller packaged the item well enough that the item was not damaged as far asI can tell and the gentleman who provided the white glove delivery went far beyond expectations. Again no call and absolutely no package. Contacted Home Depot was told to contact credit card company to dispute transaction to get money back. Tried contacting NSD Delivery to no avail. My advice to anyone getting anything large delivered ask who is delivering and where it we be delivered to? If it's not being brought to your door don't do it or else you will have a heavy package delivered somewhere ( who knows) that you will then have to move yourself. This is an unprofessional company, no idea why Home Depot uses them for delivery. They never answer the phone, never have anyone on the live chat on their website, nor do they respond to any messages via email or their website. Delivery was scheduled days ago, never arrived, never received a phone call, tracking online wasn't even updated. After spending hours on the phone trying to reach NSD, I called Home Depot, who contacted NSD and said the driver had an issue finding the address. After writing this review I'm contacted by the manager and someone at the local office and assured the package would be delivered the next day between 3-5pm. That window passed and I once again called around chase them down to find out about my delivery. The driver called and said he would arrive around 7:45pm (3 hours after window) and that he would need me to sign a paper. He ended leaving the package on the street!! The delivery men made a mistake and drove off with one of my two packages for my dining table (despite the packing slip that stated there were two pieces needing to be delivered, "PCS QTY 1 of 2"). It has been two weeks of constantly trying to contact NSD customer service and find my other package, only to find that the phone number and online chat are completely unmonitored, and they have been unresponsive by email. I read all the different solutions on Yelp today (the several different email addresses that other customers have left) so hopefully one of those works. It is completely unacceptable that NSD wouldn't have immediately realized their mistake, and automatically contacted me to set up another delivery date for the package. Both packages are marked as delivered online, but somewhere in an NSD warehouse there is a huge package just sitting there. It also doesn't make sense that they wouldn't have realized the mistake, being that the large, solid wood table legs are in a huge package (the huge, heavy, cement tabletop came in a wooden crate). NSD is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They never contacted us about our delivery. We called the number the vendor gave us. The person who answered gave us the time of yesterday in a window between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. At 7:45 p.m. our doorbell rang. It was the neighbor telling us we had a palette of boxes in front of our garage. We looked on our Ring camera and saw they pulled up, delivered to our garage door, walked around our driveway a bit, and then drove off. No ring on the doorbell, no phone call. Nothing. If not for the neighbor we would have left it out on the driveway all night. The boxes were strapped together on a pallet, but one of them had come open because there were footprints on it, looking like someone stepped on it to close it back up. I honestly wish I could rate no stars for this company. I ordered a new couch about a little over a month ago and, long story short, the delivery date has had to be rescheduled over three times because the company decided not to show up. I have missed days of work only to be left stranded with no communication. They will not answer phone calls or emails, or provide any source of communication. (Even if it's a $600 couch.) I did get in touch with one person on a delivery day about a week ago. He told me he was in his truck with my couch (I could barely hear him) and then asked about what floor I was on. On Sept 19, 2019, two delivery men from nonstop delivery came to drop off a mattress order to my home. The delivery men were in such a hurry to unload and deliver the mattresses that in the process of removing the OLD mattress set (of the same make/size) they broke the top part of my canopy bed. The men were working so fast. I don't understand why nonstop schedules such a short period of time for a delivery to the room of choice, and the men feel like they need to get the order done in 5 to 15 minutes from start to end. HASTE MAKES WASTE. They could have taken 1 to 5 more minutes to get the job done right without damaging the canopy. What frustrates me is that my bed is antique, and a part replacement won't look identical to the other pieces of the canopy. The drivers were smiling and grinning as if this were an ordinary occurrence to be expected on the job. Not a shred of remorse or a sincere apology. Then they wouldn't do the older mattress removal. I told them that the mattress removal was scheduled for the same day/time. He said again and again that it wasn't in the work orders. He didn't verify. He didn't call the terminal office. He didn't call anyone else. SO I had to call JCPenney to ask them what went wrong with the order. JCPenney informed me that they did in fact specify they were to do a mattress removal. The representative said multiple notes had been entered into the system regarding this mattress removal. Quite simply they botched the delivery and the mattress removal. They deserve to lose the JCPenney delivery contract. They created a work environment where customers suffer the consequences of their employee training and negligence. read more

Run away!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. We had a scheduled delivery for Saturday and was given a 11-2 delivery timeframe that we confirmed. We stayed home waiting for our package and received a call an hour after 2 saying they were on the way. Too bad, we had left. We scheduled and confirmed again for Wednesday with a 1-5pm delivery timeframe. We left work early to be home for the delivery. At 4:59pm we received a message saying they were finally on the way! Guess what- it was a No show!!! Their automated messages say to call them to reschedule but you can never get a hold of anyone when you call the number. Delivered my Treadmill and the guys that did it where great. Problem was they plugged in the unit and asked me to sign a piece of paper and they ran off. Screen was damaged and I was not given ample time to inspect the unit. There are also some of the trim that is not aligned right.
