My family had a great trip and wonderful communication from making the reservation to the driver at the airport. The owner told me to find another ride home because his driver had to wait 20mins for us to get our oversized baggage. I couldn't believe this person would talk to a paying customer like the way he did. I have never in my life experience a worse individual who apparently owns this company. I even called him the day prior to confirm. Response was " no issues, we will be there". Called him back after returning from my trip to ask why they didn't show up. He placed me on hold and then hung up! Didn't yell or get really upset just wanted and explanation. Wouldn't have written this review if they just came clean and stated "we messed up" doesn't deserve 1 star.
