The driver dispatcher who is apparently the owner of the company Named Sam threaten me and hung up on me 3 times when I had arrange a pick up from the airport and was waiting for my baggage to arrive. The owner told me to find another ride home because his driver had to wait 20mins for us to get our oversized baggage. I couldn't believe this person would talk to a paying customer like the way he did. I have never in my life experience a worse individual who apparently owns this company. DONT NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR A RIDE! Sam , the representative/owner will be out of business very soon if he treats people the way he treated me.
