I previously stopped into a local grocery store to purchase a balloon, but didn't get any service despite being in the department for 10 minutes. I decided to take my business elsewhere and knew I needed to stop into Party Adventure in downtown SCS. Parking is located in the back. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two kind individuals, who let me peruse and admire all the balloons and various party items. I walked out with a large Mylar balloon and a garden flag for $14. Prices were great and I loved being able to support a local spot. Will definitely be making it a habit of stopping in. With so many options, you'll definitely find something you like too.

I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. Gloworks has some items that are nice, however, there are many items they sell that are of the lowest, cheapest quality and a potential safety hazard. I recently ordered $75 of items and there were at least a dozen that were not working properly (lighting up). Also, like to mention that right many of the pirate light up balls (cheaply made) I received barely light up. What a joke! Gloworks does not stand behind anything when it comes to replacing items that are not working. They state that because I received such a great deal on the clearance items, that they cannot do anything. It is interesting however that some items like the light up foam baseball bats I received were not working (not marked down on clearance) but they would not replace them. It is not acceptable for a company to stay in business and not stand behind a product that does not work! You are essentially paying money for a product that you are not going to receive. If you would like to throw money out the window and let Gloworks steal from you, then go ahead and place an order with them. I will never order another item from this company! Management knows exactly what they are doing and doesn't care the least bit. I feel sorry for the employees that are working at Gloworks. If a company does not treat their customers right, then the employees are not treated right either. Shame on You!
