Ron himself does a lot of his own work on his personally-owned properties, which makes him an excellent resource for a new DIY-er such as myself to help me understand what I may be getting into. They took the screen that they originally brought, which was for a smaller glass door. The new screen was to be ordered, yet it has been over 9 months and we still have not gotten the screen. I can't stress how many emails and phone calls that have been made, with the promise that they are working on it, but we haven't gotten any of our needed repair/replacements. Both the local Clayton Homes on Martin Way, Lacey Wa.,and corporate offices in Oregon have been involved, with no satisfaction.
