You can find a lot of unique brands that you won't see elsewhere, but be prepared to pay premium for them. Staff is friendly, and always ready to answer questions. I think the check-out people know that their lines tend to go slowly, and they're always gracious about thanking customers for coming (even if they have a small purchase). I've had no complaints about Hampton Natural Foods. Then again, I visit every few months. I think if this were my main place to shop and get all of my essentials that I'd be broke in no time.
