Huddle house used to be a staple restaurant choice of mine, but the past few trips have been less than acceptable. Food kinda cold I could live with. Burnt brownie I wasn't mad. But the last straw was a hair laying next to my biscuit. On top of that we ordered water three times and have yet to be brought any. Our experience was awesome because our server was great! She had a awesome attitude and that is a big deal to me. Bobbie even though being treated very poorly by the cook kept her head high and made sure everyone in the place had everything they needed. The only thing decent about this place was the bathroom. My family and i sat there for 15 minutes and no one had even cane up to our table. Note, there was only two other tables there!! We saw one waitress walking around, my sister asked if she could take our order or someone else. The waitress replied "well you'll have to go find her and tell".. finally another waitress said she'll with us in a few minutes.. 10 minutes later we just got up and left. This is the go to place if you are hungry and want a good meal without having to get all dressed up. There are so many meals to choose from starting with breakfast, lunch and dinner items, served 24 hours a day. The staff is always pleasant and quick to deliver a hot plate! The best!! read more

The server did a good job after we finally got sat after one of the cooks the day after Thanksgiving told us that it was a 30-minute wait even after two tables of people left and five families left after we sat down cuz they told them it would be a 45 minute wait it took 28 minutes to get a salad as an appetizer out to me and 38 minutes from there to get the entree and for advertising that you have a rewards program it's not accepted at this location and they use half the restaurant and they don't even get in any kind of hurry to clean the tables off and one customer standing behind us had said that don't leave anything valuable cuz he lost his sunglasses got up to go to the bathroom and came back and they were gone he said somebody there had them and he had one day see them on somebody's head this is all bad business I've worked in restaurants most of my life and to turn people away because you don't want to make room is very bad business so they get one star and both Cooks yelled at us as we walked in the door and I never did see a manager once I assumed it was one of the cooks. Stopped here for a visit with a friend on my way through to Oklahoma City. We only ordered coffee and my kids got milk shakes. You could tell the waitress felt put out. It's 50/50 as to whether you'll get good service or meh service. We've been in at times when the tables & floors were dirty & the waitress was just walking around not doing anything, food was slow & not that great, & other times everything is spotless, food is quick & great, & service was A+. Huddle House is kind of like a Denny's. Not great, not lousy. A bit better than I expected and it's 24 hours, which is nice when you're on the road. My chicken burger isn't memorable, but it wasn't bad, it wasn't dry so that's great, and they had some good hot sauce and decent fries. The ice tea tasted like powder mix but when you are thirsty from driving, it doesn't matter, and it wasn't expensive. Service was fine and they had some baseball on the TV (Huddle is named after the football huddle, so I suppose sports would be something they show here). read more

I've been coming here for bfast for little over a year. Every time I've been here, I've been promptly greeted, waited on and served. The food has always been fresh and hot. I've never done lunch or dinner so I can't speak to that. I would rather eat a fresh hot bfast than the offerings at some of the hotels. read more

Absolutely a disgusting kept restaurant. Floors were extremely slippery from grease caked on an inch thick. Serve was extremely bad. Mad to feel like you are interrupting their time. Was told they couldn't get our order in due to our waitress leaving her cash register card at home...that should have never been shared and management or another waitress could have put in our order. We had to suggest that! After given strict order to put gravy in the side.. the cook still put gravy on top and after waitress saw it...we heard her tell the chef and she came over to our table...asked if it was ok. Once told it was not ok...(an hour later waiting for our food, which should not take that long) my husband got up to let the waitress know we would be leaving since nothing could be done right....(plus how filthy the place was). At that moment my husband overheard the waitress and chef conspiring to scrap the gravy off and refry the same piece of meat. Absolutely horrible place!!!
