This is unfortunately a much less flattering review this time. Andy the front end manager was nice, as was our server I was happy on that front. We decided to order the combo appetizer where you get 3 items for about $15. As I was listing off what we wanted, (pickle fries) mozzarella sticks, and pretzel bites) she informed me that they were out of stock on the pretzels. Ok, no problem we got fries instead.when she took our drink order, she advised they were out of straws (this comes into play later). My granddaughter wanted pancakes with strawberries on top, we were informed they were out of strawberries. I popped up and said oh, well I need to order something other than the French toast with strawberries and bananas, our server being HELPFUL said that the strawberries and bananas come in a pack that they do have in stock. (Thank goodness ). So that's what I order. Guess what .. they are out of French toast. I was at this point trying not to get upset as this was my birthday dinner, and relatively I succeeded. Well 15 min goes by, 3 plates of food come out for our party of 6, and we are assured the rest of the food will be out shortly. Another 5 minutes goes by, 2 more plates are brought to our table. We wait patiently for another 15 min for my daughter's food, and finally spot the server to ask her about my daughter plate (oops, they forgot it. My daughter brings to my attention there are stacks of straws in the lower dining area on the bar and other patrons are being served with straws. Darn the luck. Then my son takes my granddaughter to the restroom and as they are finishing up, she goes to wash her hands, and surprise! There is no soap in the dispenser. (They must have been out of stock). Then during the payment phase of our experience she put the machine up into my face practically. And there were only optiois for 18, 20,or 22% or custom. I sucked it up and did the 18% because I didn't want to waste any more time putting in a lesser custom tip. I just wanted to be done.

She assisted the customers behind me first, since they were dining in, and then retrieved my order. The establishment itself is very open with plenty of available seating. There are numerous TVs displaying various games, as you would expect in a restaurant and bar setting. The lighting is dim but sufficient, and the large windows along the front of the building bring in natural light. The recent remodel has made the space feel noticeably larger and more inviting. Once I returned to my office to eat, I noticed that the dressing for my salad was missing. Fortunately, I had some extra dressing at work. Other than that, the food was excellent. I've never had a truly negative experience at this location, and I definitely recommend dining here!
