This place is awesome! Been coming here for about 8 months. I have breakfast almost every Saturday morning. The wait staff and even the manager know me. 98% of the time I order the same thing and they remember. Sometimes they start getting things ready when they see me pull in. Not only do I get a delicious breakfast but if you listen to their talk you'll leave there laughing. Miranda, Kathy and the whole staff is great. They run this place like they own their staff, making decisions on what the staff can and can't do in their personal lives, and they hire the most questionable people. They also overcharge outrageously. read more

3 times asked for creamer, took 3 trips to bring it. Coffee had soap in it, waitress even smelled it. For what it costs after tip, think I'll pass. I don't suggest the place as you have no idea what you're going to get. There was a film on the silverware as well. If you want to pay for an upset stomach, this would be the place. read more

We came to Huddle House for breakfast and we were seated fairly quickly. The place was not as busy as a Huddle House normally is. Our server; Hailey was exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. She took the time to ask us throughout our meal if we needed anything else and topped off our beverages. The waitress was nice. And the food was decent, large portions. But the atmosphere was chaotic, tiny & unpleasant. Our table was situated between the front door & the cash register so we felt awkward. It was packed in the late morning, and too crowded for my liking. Probably won't return. Try watery nasty gross and frozen cuz ol' girl prolly brought that straight out the to go tray in the fridge. Want onion rings on y'all sandwich that's supposed to come with them according to the picture?? Nope. Had to ask. Then that lady only brought out one. Steak tips? Fresh out. Want a shake? Nope. Out of ice cream. Want some fruit because y'all tryna put somethin in y'all croakin a$$ belly? Nope. Out of that too. At 7 pm?? Like really how can you advertise being open for 24 hours when by 7 y'all out of legit any and all ingredients to make the menu items... Where's a manager at?? Then to add insult to injury the staff blamed the family. Guess it's my fault that they left my bowl of chili in the microwave instead of bringing it to me when I ordered it. Almost $3.00 for cold grits is unacceptable. Place was so cold my biscuit got cold before I could find a waitress to get butter. If not for freezing temperatures it would've been pretty good. But I was too cold to enjoy it. read more

Huddle house has the same food as any other huddle house of course. But I'm very impressed with this particular one. Service was friendly and fast. Food came super fast. We ordered and I went to go wash my hands, once I came back they were setting our food on the table. I'm extremely impressed with everything here. Every time I've eaten at a huddle house I find myself waiting 30+ minutes for food. Which is understandable during certain times. But this is a Saturday morning and they got the food out in under 10 minutes for sure. Marie was our waitress and very kind and on top of her game ! read more

Had some of the best service today that I've had in my two years of living in poplar bluff even though it was packed every table was full my server Bobbie was amazing got my food within 20 min of ordering my drink never was empty and for the first time my boyfriends eggs were done correctly. Very happy with my experience today. Very happy with my server who is by far the best I've seen in town. Last time I was there I had great service and the food was perfect. Even with a full house my food was served hot and fast. Wish the whole place was non-smoking though. Even though I was in the no-smoking area, I could still smell smoke. :-( read more

This place is rated 'truck stop' it's smokey nasty bathroom atmosphere doesn't begin to tell you how not family friendly this place is! The food is 2nd rate if not worse, yes they did a remodel but it doesn't change the fact management is dropping the ball at this place. The service was poor,didn't act like they cared about us being there. It was dirty, they still allow smoking which is disgusting when trying to eat with your children. Restrooms were dirty. Employees kept complaining every time customers walked in. Will definitely never go back and do NOT recommend going there! read more
