I can remember when Huddle House was an amazing place to have a meal at any time of the day. I'm not sure what has happened to our local Huddle House because not only is the service mediocre, the food isn't worth the price. I ordered takeout and arrived at the proper time to pick it up. Unfortunately it tasted like it had been sitting for some time. There are other local spots that are worth your money. read more

Horrible service, our order was wrong, no refills, we had to ask for ketchup/jelly, the cook didn't know how to make poached eggs and when we sent eggs back they were talking about us loud enough we could hear them. Very poor customer service! read more

Huddle house is a good place to eat at and be at I love the crew and how they greet you when you come in the door I love when they all work as a team.And the food is really good and fresh and hot when the servers bring it to the tables. I should've read these reviews before I stopped here. This was a horrible experience. Never given a place a bad review before. I'm like the guy below... I'm praying I don't get food poisoning. I had a simple, turkey sandwich and tater tot's. The turkey tasted awful, the tater tots were burned brown in old oil. I tried hard to not prejudge ... and to taste the food and give it a chance. Bad decision. It was awful. The other reviews are all bad with the exception of one. I'm betting the company or an employee did that one to help. Warning, warning, warning! Do not eat here. Whatever you do, do not eat here. The entire staff doesn't use gloves. I sat and watched them handle so much food without the use of gloves. Very unsanitary. Grabbing toast, handling tickets, and such. I canceled my order immediately. read more

Great service by Charmaine. Patient and friendly at 2am. Great attitude and perfectly cooked eggs. I loved how she also tried her best to help us remain calm after a very awkward encounter with a man that refused to stop staring at us. He made the visit gross. She was a trooper though. read more

Website said they closed at 9:30, went in there a week ago and they told us that they closed inside orders at 9:15. it was literally 8:30 and they were "closed" even though they had a whole group of people eating and not to mention the over priced ass food. truly ridiculous do better. okay read more

I will never go back in here. We went in around 2am and every employee was outside smoking. One came in, ran water over her hands, wiped her hands on her pants and apologized for the mess. The entire restaurant was disgusting. Food on almost every surface. Food and Mud all over the floors. I looked past it all and decided to give the food a shot. This is until I noticed the eggs sitting out on the counter in front of the gas burner, half of them used and still in the carton but no telling how long they'd been sitting out like that. The cheese was also sitting out on another shelf completely exposed and half melted from the "room temperature" it had been exposed to for no telling how long. We were starving. New Years Day. Wanted Waffle House but discovered it was closed. Had the option of driving 50 min or Huddle House. Went in with open mind. There was the cutest lady as a greeter who said, I don't want you to be unhappy so I'll tell you now it will be 5-6 minutes before we get your order. Is that alright? I appreciated her honesty and warning. We could wait 5-6 min to order. What would have been a better warning would have been that it will take over an hour to get your order! The cooks were working as fast as possible, yet most of the restaurant had people at tables with no food. Take out orders seemed to move and they were plating take out orders constantly (sitting by cook station). Then after over an hour wait, food was mediocre. Eggs had weird old taste. Hubby had steak tip omelet and said steak was like a mystery meat from school cafeteria. Service was friendly. Bacon was good. Would never go here again though. read more

We waited for 60 minutes for food. Food was not cooked right. When we asked for them to cook out eggs more the waiter complained the whole time. Another waiter was sitting on a chair on her phone doing nothing with a bad attitude. The waffle/pancake maker looked gross. There was only one cook. We never got refills on drinks unless we asked. I love our local Huddle House! I make it a point to have breakfast at least once a week. The wait staff is courteous and quick and very friendly. Love the omelets! And the coffee's not bad! Highly recommended. read more

Sometimes the wait staff could be a little on the rough side with not so good service. Restaurant needs better cleaning. Food is okay.

The food is ok but when you check out your waiter make sure they ring you up and asks " Are you gonna leave me a tip?' To me that's incredibly rude and keeps me from walking through the door again. Unless I hear from someone else that they don't do that anymore I'll just continue to take my business and tips somewhere else. read more
