I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute. I go back by 4:30PM, then wait for 20 minutes because she states they are still not ready. She literally iron my clothes in front of me. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried."
