I was visiting the area and purchased two suits and needed them tailored quickly for a meeting. George fit me into his busy schedule and the suits were fitted. After arriving back to the room, I realized that one of the suits was not fitted correctly and called George. He had me bring them in the following day and fixed them the same day. They all had their orders in by the deadline provided, but were told less than 7 days before the wedding that the suits wouldn't arrive in time. NEVER AGAIN will I use you. I told my daughter NOT to take her prom dress to you but she followed her friend. The $432 dress needed hemmed. $35 maybe? NO. $90 and extra to be pressed. Your took advantage of a teenager. Not only is the dress snagged all over now and wrinkled, its UNEVEN. UNEVEN. How does this happen? It's the day before Prom and we are AGAIN struggling to find somewhere to FIX your issue and press this dress. My daughter and I had to have our dresses altered for my son's wedding. The bridesmaid dress, my daughter, was wearing was quite large on the top and she could nearly see her belly button (haha). Jabbour's did a fabulous job and she looked beautiful. My dress has layers of tulle and being 5'2" needed alterations to the bottom. We were thrilled. Amazing customer service and product. It is funny, the tendency is to get clothing somewhere where you feel like you are getting a deal. A department store. But those clothes are just not great. You don't get good service, you get a sales rep. My fiancee and I walked into Jabbour's to rent a suit for my upcoming wedding. So maybe George upsold me to buying a suit, BUT I LOVE THE SUIT. It looks awesome, fits me perfectly, was very reasonably priced. Everything about the experience was great and I would recommend the place to anybody looking for formal attire. Go here first, and if it is out of your price range (it probably won't be) then go shop at a mall. read more
