Without a second thought, Tatiana opened the shop for us, helped us pick a dress off the rack (which was better than anything we could have found in store or online) and she immediately began fitting my mom and adjusting what needed to be hemmed. Tatiana made sure that the dress would be ready (mind you this is less than a weeks notice...). She quite literally saved the wedding! Her kindness and understanding for her customers is above anything I have seen in this industry, and it's so rare to find people like this now. To hem the dress, she took scissors and just cut the bottom of the dress off, losing the delicate trim and leaving an unfinished hem of cut lace. Terrible experience.
