My daughter and I were a little hesitant to take her school blazer here because of the reviews. However, we did and we are both happy with the results. The man who helped us was super nice and my daughter really liked the texting service they provide. She was able to get updates on when her blazer was ready and knew the exact time as to when she could pick it up. This convenience alone would have made the entire process worth the $9. I moved to the area in July 2014 and I was looking for a good dry cleaner. I attended this store from reviews on yelp. First time I bought dress shirts to be cleaned out of the 10 or so they shrunk 2 expensive shirts. I again attended this store prior to Christmas thinking that mishap was a one off. I bought some bedding to be cleaned. When I dropped the bedding off I alerted the man to the stain on there. I went to put the bedding back onto the bed to and I found the stain. Today I attended the store to complain and the lady manager and her son which was the employee I gave the bedding to proceeded to argue with me. I stated that I paid for a service and I noted the stain to the employee and he took that service on my accepting my items. When I asked for it to be either fixed or refunded the lady manager told me to wait in my car until she can deal with me. Worst customer service I have encounter in this nice area. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!! read more

Use D.O. Sommers if you want to be overcharged. Two 60% cotton / 40% linen shirts $26.88. Had the same shirts dry cleaned at the same location 3 months ago $8.00 each. The same shirts were dry cleaned in Twinsburg $4.00 each. In addition, the there are still wrinkles in the shirts. The individual at the pick up did not seem to care. Just gave me a compliant number, which of course you have to leave a message. There is another dry cleaner near Panera's just around the corner. I will never be back to D. O. Sommers. read more

Not the friendliest place and very expensive. But they get points for same day service and pick up and free delivery services. I spent $18 for a jacket and pants suit to be dry cleaned. The guy working wasn't friendly or sociable. read more

Use to have friendly employees in the Hudson store, the last year...not so much. They ALL act like they hate their jobs and the customers. Did a decent job at high prices until the last 6 months. Now holes/rips in shirts (they say they couldn't possibly have done). Same pattern of holes in 3 shirt sleeves. Insist it's impossible. Stains, melted buttons. After being a customer for over 2 years with no previous complaints , you'd think they'd believe me. Customer service, listening, and concern for customers are important when dealing with paying customers. I won't be back. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner I've ever been to. I had several items ruined with ink marks on jeans and yellow stains on laundered T-shirts-- nice ones. When I returned the clothing with receipt they took one ink pen stain out, but was no help on the rest. They actually made an expensive Indians shirt worse with yellow spots. They would not offer a refund or compensation of any type. Still thinking of taking leagal action, it was a $122 bill I ate plus now I'm out the clothes. read more

I went to have my sheer bathroom curtains hemmed the kid said we don't even do that I said you have a sewing room and alterations are done. He said yeah but there is nothing on our sheet to charge for it....what????? I can't believe with such crappy service and unfriendliness that they are still open...wow!! read more

Great place, friendly staff, super work. They've never disappointed and never returned a shirt with a broken or missing button. They have their own parking lot and even drive through service so you can stay in your car. They also offer free pick up and delivery. read more

Very disappointed in the manager's service. I presented a coupon upon presenting my garments and upon checkout was informed there was no coupon. She stated my card would be credited, that never happened. I will not return here for cleaning. read more

We'd been using this cleaner for 8 years. The service was a little pricy but consistently good -- until now. Looks like the Hudson store recently underwent a change in management, and the quality of their service took a real nosedive. On not one but three different occasions recently, they did not have our shirts done the same day, even though they were dropped off by 7:00 AM. Our most recent order was dropped by 10:00 AM, and the "manager" asked if the next day would be OK. Why would you ask that, when you clearly state same day service for orders dropped off by 11:00 AM? Isn't that what sets you apart from other cleaning services? When we picked the order up the next day (what choice did we have?), we questioned the high total and asked the "manager" if our coupon had been applied. She said it had without even looking at the bill. We asked her to double check, so she grudgingly did so, then applied the coupon without an acknowledgement or apology. When we got home, we realized that two of the shirts were still dirty, even after we had requested special cleaning for them when we dropped them off. So, after being overcharged for dirty clothes, rude service and false advertising, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more
