Each and everyone of the staff know their stuff! They are also very polite and personable. First visit on 7/16/20 we were assisted by Daniel and had a very pleasant experience with him. He was very patient and answered our questions. Knows their products well and their specs. Today we were also greeted by Abe, who took our temperatures before we got in, he too was also very friendly. Next Paul helped us get some accessories. Both he and Chad assisted us with bike measurements and were great. Would recommend this place to Trek and bike enthusiasts! At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
