Billy was the main representative I dealt with; he never tried to up-sale me, actually quite the opposite, was extremely knowledgeable, and truly made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns I had he quickly addressed or provided reassurance. If Billy was off Gary quickly filled in to help with what he could and was equally amazing. Here were the highlights of their work: 1. They were on time and worked a full day. They arrived promptly at 8 am, took a 30 minute lunch break and then carried on working. They left their work area very clean at the end of the day. 2. They fixed the sloppy sheetrock job that my HOA remediation contractors did by re-sanding the sheetrock mud several times and making it very smooth. 3. They painted almost all the walls in my condo as well as baseboards and shoemolding. Very crisp and precisely done. 4. They put back together my kitchen cabinets which the remediation company almost destroyed. Truly, the cabinets look like new again! 5. They repaired my quartz kitchen countertops which the remediation company chipped in several place. This saved me about $3000 alone. 6. They expertly installed 800 sq feet of laminate "wood" flooring which was quite tricky given all of the angles in my corner view unit. 7. They installed weather stripping around my front door so I don't hear the whistling/howling wind anymore! 8.
