The type of care of I received was quality. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor are all patient, kind, and attentive. The hospital room is clean and the nurses check on you periodically. My only concern was I was recommended to go to another doctor within the hospital that I would have to set an appointment to see. I expressed the gravity of the situation and I wish the procedure was performed that day.

The faulty oven that leaked dangerous amounts of Carbon Monoxide. My doctors say that this was an EXTREMELY LIKELY cause of my symptoms.

slow and disorganized not very friendly, not here by choice. Rather go to Morristown. There needs to be more organization and less attitude.

She was super polite and what was funny to me was compliancy questions she kept on apologizing for. That to me truly made me feel comfortable during a time where I feel like many people are.. anxious. I'll leave it at that. - brought my insurance card and my ID and everything was super smooth, including your post visitation records, which many are familiar with - myHealth Inside & Staff - in addition to the amazing Praxedis, I noticed pamphlets for various MD's, NP's : during an age of misinformation or lack of information I thought this transparency was super helpful, and very much so increase reputation Please note - I have not actually did my visit yet. Will update this review after my visit. To those thinking of coming here - please please remember this is not so much an urgent care anymore as an official regional practice.

I have tried 3 times just now to call the office to make an appointment. The first time their phone system immediately hung up on me. The second time, the connection was so bad, the young woman couldn't hear me and I couldn't understand her for the static and noise of others in the background. The third time there was the same issue--static, noise of others talking, speakerphone echo and delay at their site. The gentleman asked me just now to call back in an hour! Sanitas needs to get their phones fixed!

This was my go-to spot for medical care for several years. They were always quick, efficient, and…read moreeffective. Dr. Pollack was excellent. Sadly, he is no longer there. The place has obviously gone downhill since his departure. Recently, I went in with a particular set of symptoms and had made an appointment. I waited for an eternity, and they were significantly late for my designated appointment time. When I finally got to see the doctor, she appeared to be in a rush (closing time was nearing). Her intern, who was not properly introduced, viewed me as if I were a med-school exercise rather than a person. The doctor asked me about my symptoms, did some very rudimentary checks, and opted to put me on a "cocktail" of over-the-counter meds. I explained that I really wasn't feeling well, and she assured me that these meds would be just fine. She then stated I might also have the flu, so she would test me. Needless to say, those results never came back. In my online chart, it stated from the lab that the test was collected "Insufficiently." No call from the office, so I had to chase them for information and never got it. No offer to re-test to see if I truly had the flu or anything of the sort. This was unacceptable. Paid a co-pay for nothing and kept feeling terrible. Obviously, given all of the above, did not go back for another visit. A friend of mine, who is a seasoned, veteran, nurse was aghast at the doctor's diagnosis and recommendation. Went to get another opinion upon her recommendation and was diagnosed completely differently, was prescribed the right meds, and got better. The location itself is also pretty unsightly. It is not particularly clean and looks shabby, overall. Gaps in the floorboards don't inspire confidence. One positive: the nurse/tech who has been there for years is absolutely wonderful.

Doctors around here really don't get much credit…read more.. That being said, since I'm already in the system for Riverside Medical Group both visits were super easy. I tend to get ear infections every couple of years. Found Dr. Sayani Niyogi from another location a while back. That place wasn't available then so ended up coming here instead. Check in a few weeks back was so easy . I was even allowed to bookend an appointment with a family member. This time ( today) I arrived a little bit early for my follow up appointment. Both times her office turned out to be empty. Actually got finished within a half hour twice. Four different doctors work out of this suite. They are only here a few times weekly. So this office really doesn't get very crowded. Also of some note, there is a two level parking lot right outside. As this address has several different specialists that work out of the first floor. Lucky me.

Riverside Medical Group has been having continued challenges with patients being able to contact…read moretheir doctor's offices. No answer, being left on hold and disconnected, no return call from doctor, etc. Dr. Niyogi was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She performed nasal surgery June 2020 on me at Hackensack University Hospital. A second staphylococcal infection returned within a week after first. Tried over three separate business days to notify her and her office. As above, no returned messages after having to call repeatedly to get someone on the phone. Upon bringing the subject up to her in person at a scheduled follow-up appointment the next week, I was told to "get the the point of all this as she had other patients waiting." I'm 55 and have NEVER been treated with such a lack of respect or care by any member of the medical profession. Further, I've worked with the Medical Council of Canada in doctor/patient relations so I'm knowledgeable on this. Most definitely seek another surgeon in my humble opinion.
