when I started a process of looking for a job I wasn't sure where I'm going with this. My main job experience was one thing, my potential was the other and my life experience + I learned in between was just another element to this puzzle. I failed some interviews due my own mistake. First it was lack of confidence, then I was blindly chasing income when I was under qualified, then I was overqualified.
