Meanwhile repairs are on hold til they do their demo work. Major disconnect between the office and the guys out in the field (who were fine). And taking a page from the Fleecing Handbook, they billed for over $5000 for demo sheetrock & cleaning. The guys were at the house for a total of 7 hours. $700 per hour for demo/cleaning work.
