Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. And received a little baggy containing a free toothbrush, and sample toothpaste with floss. Yay!!! My last dentist didn't offer that at all. Story to be continued......

My $1700/tooth veneer fell off within a week and they spent the whole session making fun of me. They offered the $49 new patient cleaning but it's actually $225 and only after a week of them messing up the appointment. The hygienist broke off a retainer bracket and wouldn't go get the dentist to glue it back on. Then she told the receptionist it was just because "I was too tired...?" I've had it. Yall ask for a review every time so here it is. UPDATE: the below reply is indicative of my experience, as I'm clearly not happy and they can't even understand that. They're assuming a lot arrogantly. My bite alignment is ruined and painful, my veneers that were promised to last 20 years broke within a week, they broke my braces, refused to fix it, and made my teeth shift. Check-in was smooth and they accepted Delta Dental insurance. Everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist, to the dental assistant (Lovely), to the dentists (Dr. Esther and Dr. John), and to the hygienist (Tabitha) who cleaned my teeth. I felt very at home and loved that played Christian music and even had on Christian tv shows on in the rooms. They have very up to date equipment and technology, including mobile x-rays of your teeth that they can do on you in your room instead of having to go to the x-ray room (however they did both for me this visit). Dr. Esther addressed all issues I had with my teeth and reassured me of everything. This was overall a great experience and I look forward to being a long-term patient! Highly recommend if you are in need of a dentist and/or periodontist!

Cresta is in the Network for my Medicare supplement advantage plan. I had a severe tooth ache July…read more23. I went in and Dr. Rice pulled a tooth that wasn't hurting. When I checked out they charged me over $500. Then a few weeks later they called me up and said I owed $95 more for an x-ray United didn't pay. I called United and discovered Cresta was only supposed to charge me half of the cost for the extraction according to their contract $117.50. I called Cresta and they said I would have to wait 48 hrs for the billing department to call me. They told me the same thing when I called inquiring about the $95 charge and it was over a week. These people are ripping off customers who are on a limited Social Security income. They need to be investigated.

Since they took over the practice from Dr. Kalmus my oral treatment has been excellent and " up front" with the cost of it. I would recommend North Babcock Dental services to anyone requesting/requiring dental services. Thanks again for the professional work and staff friendliness .
