Bennett and Sons came out twice in an attempt to repair the problem but they did not and would not stand by their work. I contacted Thermodynamics after Bennett and sons dropped the ball three times. Thermodynamics came to the rescue by replacing the shoddy unit installed by Bennett and sons and ensuring the AC Unit was working properly. And to continue with the kudos they came over the next day immediately to resolve the issue. The owner explained what the problem was and ensured that if any issues came up to contact them ASAP.

we originally had this company install our unit, it's been maybe 2 years and still under warranty…read moreso we had them come out to look at the unit to see if there was anything wrong, they took it upon themselves to recharge the unit with Freon without telling us ahead of time that it was low and had a leak. Then demanded we pay, when typically if there is something wrong they tell you this is what's wrong this is the cost to fix it, would you like to continue with the work, we didn't have that option, we didn't have the money to fix it right away, again it's under warranty and we were wanting to know IF something was wrong! Anyways the tech decided to drain the Freon he claimed he loaded when no one even knows if the Freon was or wasn't added, but now we know Freon was drained. The man left, said he was never come back, was disrespectful, that's now how you run a business and definitely not how you do work. Definitely would keep an eye on him if you have him come to work because there is no way to verify if he did or didn't add the freon but when I went outside he was definitely draining it.

He was willing to provide a quote however his first question was "why" -- how often are you going to find someone in this industry question if something truly needs to be replaced? We never made it to the why or quote phase b/c my parents were also reaching out to a/c companies and they ended up using another service for a capacitor and refrigerant. My house was also due for an AC service, so we had Chris come out. Standard Maintenance was $75 and he checked everything to make sure it was in tip top shape. He also cleaned out the condensing coil from the inside out. He was here for about an hour. Chris answered all questions I had with kindness and respect.
