I previously worked at this company, along with my mother. Owner is flighty, and doesn't take the company seriously. Won't respond for days on end even for services that she is assigned, which means leaving animals unattended while their parents are out of town (resulting in animal not fed or let outside to relieve themself). Highly recommended! We hired Huggable Muggs to watch our two cats while we were on vacation. They were amazing!! We received daily updates as soon as the visit was over that sometimes included pictures of our cats. Moreso than anything else, someone caring for your pets should CARE about your pets. I did not find this to be the case when my dog went "missing" and Huggable Muggs was unable to commit to finding her. My sister in law was called in (we were many hours out of town) and found her in the fenced backyard. It wasn't that she didn't thoroughly search the yard before calling me and telling me she was gone that bothers me. We have a large yard and dogs can easily hide. What bothers me is that she was completely unapologetic, not at all rattled, and literally said she could only look for 20 minutes because of other commitments. Tending to other dogs in her care is fine, but she wasn't planning on coming back to find her afterward. read more

We've been using Huggable Muggs for almost 3 years and we can say that Beth and her team are amazing! Beth is so patient with our "special" (aka nervous but sweet) dog. She can always be counted on to show up when she says she will and is so accommodating when we need her to let our dogs out somewhat last minute. We have the DocuPet service which is great because we get emails each day while at work to see how the dogs did each day.
