On both properties we asked them to provide samples of several wood floor stain colors ahead of time. We decided on a blended color for the second property--Jose was glad to mix various colors up to find our perfect fit. He wanted to be sure we were going to be happy with the results. Originally, the floors at one of our properties were very dark (like, dark chocolate brown). We really wanted to go lighter to help the rooms feel even bigger, and Rustico was able sand out the original color back to a blank slate. *Since our floors were older oak floors that had various existing shades in them already this meant the stain color wouldn't be perfectly uniform. Jose & Maria made sure to tell us ahead of time what to expect. I can't tell you how nice it was to know this ahead of time, to manage expectations. We really appreciate the transparency and honesty! (And it didn't matter anyway, because the color of the floor came out AH-MAZING!) As real estate investors, it's vitally important that we find businesses whom we can depend on to do the job right and who also operate from a place of high standards and integrity. He works early and stays late. He came as a referral from homebuilders we know. We brought him on to rip out the carpet in the basement and guest bedroom upstairs. We came to an agreement and both rooms would be one flat fee but I would have to buy the material for the basement flooring. Which was fine because he ended up picking up 19 boxes/445 sq feet of flooring from Floor and Decor for me! Between ripping out the carpets, installing the new floors, disposal of the carpets and staining the wood floor in the guest bedroom upstairs, it took him about 4 days. When I say he works his butt off, he works his butt off. One day he must've worked 9 hours straight without a meal! I offered to buy him lunch but he refused. He's a super nice guy and will work hard for you. After finishing up yesterday, he said he's been doing flooring for over 20 years. His works shows such! I wish him continued success! In

To my horror, when I pulled up the carpets, the the old padding had melted into the floor. By the time John came, he saw the terror that I had endured for two hours to try to get the floor scraped. He told me that i had to get my floors sanded and then once he gave me the quote I agreed right away to the price (it was VERY reasonable!). He had his one guy rip out the carpet tacks for me me and then he had two guys come in the very next day promptly at 9 a.m.. They did such a great job! They were here for about 10 hours and they completely transformed this stuck in the sixties home to making the top level be a place for me to be proud to live in! This company was recommended to me by a friend of mine from work who had his floors done as well and all and all, I can say we are both extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I already have to my entire family.

I originally spoke to Luis about doing the carpentry work- fixing the drywall and painting what had been hit by water. However as the plumbing kept taking longer and longer to finish, Luis stepped in and said he could complete the plumbing job. Luis made my job seem like it was priority and scheduled workers to come out in a timely fashion and finish the job in a very timely matter. The plumbing is working well and the drywall work/paint work was fantastic and it looks like there was no damage in the first place. They did a great job with the drywall work and matching the paint colors. I will say that Luis charged a good amount more than the other plumber(who only did part of the job), but since the results were there and they showed up on short notice, I was happy with the work. I would definitely be happy to work with Luis in the future.

Painted right over nail marks, Some of the issues were roller marks on the walls and not smoothed out a nothing was really finished. Also he added to the job and painted on the back side of my TV, windows frames. I know they have lots of good reviews but NOT really finished like a professional contractor should. Real cheep job. Luis would not come back to the home because he said he was afraid of us. All we did was call and call and text. Luis thought we were being sneaky since my husband was upset and called him on his phone, Luis was afraid for this. I could have a police officer come by and make sure Luis was safe in my home, but Luis had his worker do a quick job get the money and gone. I have a disability and when I went to see the room after it was done, I did not see anything because of my ADA I have vision issues. I feel sorry for someone that they do something for. PLEASE RECHECK EVERY BIT BEFORE YOU HAD OVER THAT CHECK, he did offer to come back a couple of times but he was scared and never showed up. Look at some of my pictures of the walls they painted, finished look, this was after they did the job.
