If I could give them 100 stars I would! I needed to get my floors redone prior to listing my place and initially went with my realtors recommendation who somehow managed to make my floors look a million times WORSE (and it took five days)! I reached out to Level Flooring who came to give me a quote the next morning after coming home to the disastrous job. Marius clearly knew what he was doing so I hired him on the spot. They were able to complete the job just a few days later in ONE day! They were so friendly and kind after having such a bad experience and didn't complain at all about having to haul their equipment up the three flights of stairs (not to mention maneuvering the snow banks in front of my building). The price was extremely fair - so much so that I tacked on a nice big tip because I was so overwhelmed with the amazing job and an overall wonderful experience. They called and sent many updates via text with photos along the way to keep me updated which was unexpected and very considerate. I would recommend them a million times over - the only thing I'm sad about is I'm moving to Minnesota so I can't use them the next time I need floors done. I used Level Flooring as part of a recent remodeling project. The short version is that I couldn't be happier! Marius the owner was absolutely incredible and incredibly easy to work with (even giving me his cell phone so that I could text him). He went out of his way to be helpful, including offering to pick up the materials for free (since I decided to purchase the flooring materials myself). The most surprising thing was that after I scratched my floor, Marius came with flooring stain, which was able to hide the scratch (for free). Finally, about his prices. He was incredibly competitive, beating out every other quote that I got. I expected that the quality would match, but was shocked when the finished result was incredible, beating out many people who I know spent more on their floors.
