Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job.
