The secretary said $400. for the year. When the technician arrived he proceeded to tell me it would be $500. I explained when I booked the appointment I was told $400. To which the technician responded the secretary was new and the best they could do would be $450.00. No phone call was placed to the office by the technician to confirm. Needless to say, we no longer wish to conduct business with Johnny Bugs.

I found Danny Pinpoint Pest Control and have him come over to give me an estimate. Not only did he give me a better deal, he guarantee that he would have the problem solved by the fifth visit at the most but probably by the third visit. Danny nailed it on the third visit to round up anything left. The price was much better than what I paid at the other two companies, the service was 10 times better, he did exactly what he said he was going to do and is a very personable guy. That is why I have used Vent Doctor a handful of times, usually to clean my dryer vent. This time I remembered they did air duct cleaning as well. I am glad I remembered because they found numerous issues with mold/mildew all related to my AC company not doing their job during annual maintenances - causing mildew in my air handler and some ductwork. Wyatt cleaned the ducts and now there is a noticeably better airflow AND quality in the house. I have a new AC company coming tomorrow to clean the air handler and fix the electrical issue(s). Wyatt is an awesome individual who always has a great attitude and professional demeanor. He has no issues with answering questions and even brings issues to your attention, usually with a few solutions as well. He shows up on time, calls when/if he says he will, and goes above and beyond the basic service to make sure you know what is going on in your own home. Definitely look forward to him being here once a year to clean dryer and AC vents because I know I don't have to worry about him making a mess or breaking anything. Where do I start. We use to love Truly Nolen, but things have changed lately…read more First I had the lawn tech only do 2/3 of the yard, so I called and made them send him back out to finish. Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up.
