Later, I found a better deal elsewhere in the outlets, so decided to return the swimsuit I purchased. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!!!!! And you would think that a salesperson would mention this minor detail, but no. Your only warning is small sign BEHIND the cashier that is anything but noticeable. This sign is the only thing that makes it legal in Massachusetts to have no return policy. Instead of mention the return policy, the staff was able to offer rude and condescending comments. I strongly recommend any other store for your swimwear.

It was such a relief to have such attentive care while busily trying to run this errand. It was a great help and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. There are a lot of swimsuit options with many variations in cuts. The sales woman was knowledgable about matching suit styles to body types. If you are in the market for a new bathing suit, try this store out. Be prepared that prices do not seem at all like outlet prices, and you will end up spending well over $100 for one suit, but if it is something you are willing to invest in (knowing you are getting a good quality suit), well worth the trip and money. Side note: Apparently from the other reviewer, you cannot return the suits. I did not notice this policy. It would have been nice to know this at the register (verbally) before I bought it. And I would have completely understood (since it is a bathing suit!), but would have been nice to be told prior to.

Bassy saved my wedding dress and my wedding day!…read more I had originally gone to another tailor recommended by the boutique where I purchased my strapless princess gown. Unfortunately, the work done at the other tailor's shop left my dress butchered. When I realized something was wrong with the original tailoring, it was two months before my wedding. I was distraught because I didn't think a new tailor would take me due to the limited time before my wedding and it being right before bridal and prom season. However, someone recommended I contact Bassy and I'm so grateful for their rec! Bassy listened to my concerns regarding my dress and what the other tailor had planned to do to it, advised me to take back my dress straight away, and booked me for an appointment ASAP. Within a week Bassy had me in her shop to assess all the damage that had been done by the previous tailor: (1) the hem was uneven by inches; (2) the train was lopsided; (3) the bustle was just a loop and a button that would be visible and unsecure; (4) the bodice was taken in so much that three people were needed to zip me up, which (5) left the zipper of my dress straining and puckering; (6) so much of the bust was trimmed away that my chest was exposed whenever I moved; and (7) they made a sash instead of the custom shawl I ordered for my ceremony. The worst part about the original tailoring work is that so much fabric was cut away there was barely any fabric left to correct the shoddy work. My dress was in really horrible shape and I knew I wouldn't be able to find or order another dress in time for my wedding. Despite the multiple problems with my dress, Bassy assured me she would find solutions for the above issues and she did! Bassy evened out the dress' hem by rehemming it and removing a portion of its petticoat to ensure it kissed the floor evenly. For the train, she adjusted it so it would be symmetrical and less oblong. It looked gorgeous trailing behind me as I walked down the aisle. The bodice was a tricky fix, but Bassy executed it perfectly! To expand the bodice, she needed extra fabric and found it within the seam allowance of the bodice's panels. She undid every panel, let out a little bit of fabric from each, and carefully stitched the bodice back up so that each panel was even and proportional. She was able to expand the bodice while also making it look like it hadn't been deconstructed. Bassy's work allowed me to properly breath while wearing my dress and my mother was able to zip me up by herself with no trouble! Bassy also created a custom shawl for me that looked like something Audrey Hepburn would wear! The attention to detail is so incredible! Bassy made the shawl so there was a slight curve in the front that elegantly hugs my collar bone. I love this shawl so much I plan to continue wearing it for special events. The most incredible fix Bassy made to my dress is the bust. I thought I'd have to wear my shawl the entire wedding. Instead, she came up with the incredible idea to build up the bust of my dress with additional fabric. The original bust had a cat eye neckline with draping across it. Bassy was able to expand the bust above my chest and next to my underarms to give me more coverage. She did this by building up fabric that mimics the original bustline's shape. The final result is beautiful! No one would ever know that the work Bassy did was not part of the dress' original design. I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing and transformative work Bassy did to my dress, her professionalism, her expert advice, and her direct and honest communication. She always set realistic expectations and provided alternative solutions that would not compromise the integrity of my dress or its overall style. Bassy is also just a lovely person to be around. I was really sad about the state my dress was left in by the previous tailor. With each visit to Bassy's (and she booked me for as many as needed to get my dress perfect), I felt better and more confident. Bassy saved my dress, my wedding, and my peace of mind. I recently had several alterations done at Bassy's Tailoring, and I can honestly say this was the…read moremost amazing tailoring experience I have ever had. Bassy hemmed several pairs of pants, took in the waist on others, and completely altered a vintage dress for me. The dress needed extra room, and she expertly removed the belt and expanded the side seams so seamlessly that you would never be able to tell any alterations were made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are absolutely unbelievable. Bassy is truly a talented artist, and her work speaks for itself. If you need tailoring or alterations done right, I cannot recommend her enough. Absolutely exceptional work!

This Marshalls in Franklin Village looks like it's on its final breath--honestly, I've seen…read moregoing-out-of-business sales that looked better organized than this mess. Marshalls stores are notoriously chaotic, but this location takes the cake for being a complete disaster zone. Shelves are bare in spots and overloaded in others, racks are crammed with wrinkled, mismatched clothing, and items are strewn across the floor like a tornado just passed through. The store layout feels like an afterthought, with no sense of order or upkeep, and the entire place has an abandoned, depressing vibe that screams retail death spiral. To make matters worse, the staff seemed equally disinterested--more like they were counting down the minutes to closing time rather than assisting customers or maintaining even the bare minimum of tidiness. This place feels like a liquidation sale waiting to be announced, and at this rate, it might be doing everyone a favor. Skip it--there are better-managed Marshalls elsewhere, or better yet, shop literally anywhere else.

There were lots of good deals on their clothing and I tried on a couple of things but I didn't like how they fit so I didn't end up getting anything here. However the store was neatly organized, clean, very well kept up and the service was friendly and nice. I needed assistance in reaching for an item that I wanted to try that was displayed in a place that was too high up for me to reach and I was able to find a store associate very quickly to get it for me to go and try on. It was the same guy who was running the fitting room and he seemed very nice and accommodating. I noticed a good sale going on with their handbags but they were small to medium sized and I prefer a larger handbag so I didn't get any. I will definitely be back though next trip to the outlets to see what's new!

Sweaters purchased as Christmas gifts less than 2 weeks before. No signs in store stating that this was all sales final. No one told me that when I purchased them. I spent over $1,100 in that store in December abd they would not let me exchange $236 of merchandise for different size. Horrible policy. Do not buy this brand.
