Good bye working remote and back to reality. I needed to refresh my work day with new suits. This Caesar's Forum location has a great selection of off the rack wear. The suit separates are fabulous. Having a short rise (sitting on the waist) fit and wanting a tapered slimmer look, Hugo Boss pants are perfect. I want a fuller cut jacket regular sized jacket, so the separates are like bespoke without the price. I like the wool fabric finish too. There's two outlet locations in town. Honestly, I'm going there to check out the prices before throwing down $$$$$. read more

I'm not huge into designer clothes, but I gave Hugo Boss a shot during my stay at the Venetian. After falling in love with their Wyll vest and being helped by the amazing staff I couldn't help but purchase their wares. Less than a week after purchasing, my dry cleaner lost an accessory to that new vest. According to my local Hugo Boss, they are only made per vest order and cannot be sold separately. Bummed, but still hopeful, I reached out to the store manager Janice who was a GODSEND. She personally texted me with updates, was able to procure a new accessory for me, and had it shipped to me ASAP. Thank you SO MUCH for all of your help! You have earned a loyal customer to the brand and I'll be shopping again soon upon my next Vegas trip :) read more

I had a great experience here shopping for two suits that fit me very well and were a unique style. Great service from the sales guys/gals was a shopping pleasure. It was a team effort and everyone pitched in to show me what was on sale, etc. They accommodated my crazy conference schedule and let me come back late at night to make the final purchase. I was able to get everything fitted for the tailor before coming back for the purchase. They even shipped me the items a week later so I didn't have to carry two suits on the plane. Watch out for credit card purchases in Vegas. The banks don't like to approve late night purchases over certain amounts in that town. Gee, I wonder why? read more

I realize that things are severely overpriced at a luxury brand but would expect above average service and standing behind your products. Had a sweater zipper break in half at the pull. I love Hugo Boss clothing, I mean their stuff tends to just fit me right. and well they make perfect clothing for work, nice dinner occasions, and of course...hitting up the club in style without looking like every other Asian wearing Banana Republic. Anyway after my great luck at Hugo Boss last Vegas trip, I decided to stop in again for another shirt prior to going out. So since when is a 5'9 210 lb guy size XXL?!? I mean L or XL maybe...but XXL? Maybe the Vegas Hugo Boss only carries the European sizes or something because all the Nordstrom Hugo Boss stuff I've tried on I fit Large and on a very rare occasion XL. What's worse is when I first walked in there were four people working all standing by the counter, they took one glance at me and continued talking...no greeting whatever. And I had full intention of picking up a $160-200 shirt in the next 5-10 minutes (quick sale right?). After about 5 minutes of looking and talking with my girlfriend, a lady finally approached us and offered to help. Let's just say the next 10 minutes we were there she was overly aggressive with the sale as opposed to what actually fit me and would look good on me. Lady I know I'm not a male model, but clothing should still fit me right if I'm going to spend that much money on it. Anyway my last experience at Hugo Boss in Vegas has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will now come back with extreme caution. ~G read more

Assistant manager Jazhiel Lopez took time to help me get measured and went out of his way to help me. Hugo Boss is my fiance's preferred designer for his non-work button down shirts so we've shopped at a number of Hugo Boss stores. However, we will never be returning to this store because their customer service is a joke. Customer service is the backbone of any business; especially when the business is charging a lot for their product. This Hugo Boss location needs to take a customer service lesson from their Columbus Circle and Manhasset locations. Here were the issues we had to deal with, and seems to be synonymous with other Yelpers: - Until we requested for a fitting room, none of the sales associates noticed our existence. - The sales associate we approached was bland and gave off the impression that she had somewhere else better to be. She answered our questions with very short answers and was overall no help. - They do not return calls even when they say they will. And they had a woman answering the phone who I couldn't understand because she mumbled and she barely spoke English. I grew up in a melting pot so I communicate with and can understand individuals with thick accents. But I couldn't understand this sales associate. - We requested for our purchase to be mailed and it arrived haphazardly packed in a brown box. This was a shock to us because when our prior mailed purchases from the Hugo Boss Manhasset store arrived much differently and in a manner expected from this brand. Our Manhasset purchases arrived in a flat box that was large enough to hang and keep in place the garment bag that housed my fiance's button down shirts. Maybe we got spoiled by the Hugo Boss Manhasset's customer service but I would think this level of customer service is universal in all of the brand's stores. read more

I walk into an empty store (no customers, 3 workers) I say "hello" They stop talking. With a full of himself grin, an associate gives me a head nod and the other two associates just look at me. No one speaks (even though they were in full conversation with each other as I was walking in) $1000+ was spent between this store and the fashion show mall location. I called before coming to this store to ask if I could get a refund for 1 item from the other store since I was only at their store for 7 items that had been altered. The associate over the phone said yes. The guy handing me the altered clothes, looked at the receipt for refund and said he couldn't do a cash refund because they hadn't done any transactions that day. Got a new suits while I was traveling, awesome service and the girl that helping me was very professional (forgot her name) she gave me all the right recommendations when I had a different idea what I wanted in the suit and on top of that, in order to give me the "Complete look" she also got the shoes for me to put on with the suit. It was MLK day and I was looking at their deals since I just came from Brooks Bros and got great deals on dress shirts ($25 after 70% off). I went straight to the sales table and noticed that they did not have any size labels so I asked the older black gentlemen that worked there if the shirts are in any particular order or do I simply need to look through it for my size. He rudely responded and pointed out that sizes increased from left to right as if I should have known. I then made my way to the other side of the display table and was looking at the slacks. Since there was no sticker size labels on the pant leg, I neatly moved the slacks from one pile to another to look for my size on the tags. Note: Whenever I shop, I always leave the area looking clean and neat since I hated shoppers throwing things around from my time in retail. The same guy comes over asking what was I doing and told me that the sizes are labeled. After realizing that it wasn't, he asked what size I was looking for. I told him 31 and he looked at the stack of jeans and point out there's some 31 there. I was getting really upset at this point, telling him that I was looking for slacks and not jeans if it was ok with him. Without even attempting to look, he rudely informed me that they didn't have any slacks my size on clearance . I decided I had enough and left the store. Overall this was the most upsetting shopping experience I have ever had. I have never felt like a second rate citizen ever until this experience. Needless to say, I will never shop here again and will even start shopping for other brands all together. read more

I prefer lederhosen as my daily dress but there are times when it's , sadly, not appropriate. Saturday night, Wifee is taking me for fancy party at Wynn and I am "advised" to get a new suit. I reluctantly drag myself to the outlet mall after more "advice" from wifee. "But it's full of tourist in flip-flops in November" I protest. So 20 minutes later I am parking at the aforesaid mall after unsuccessful lobbying for a current suit. Check the directory...Hugo Boss store. Encouraged I set my GPS and navigate through the flip-flopped and pasty faced, shopping bag carrying tourists. Within .0003 of a second of entering the store I am wrangled by a salesman. helpful in the extreme. " I need black suit, skinny style and I need it now" He has exactly my size, picks out a sharp very white shirt . Looks great and there is a 30% discount from the already low outlet price. Sold. Upon checkout he gives me another 10% discount because I'm local! I like this guy. He also makes a phone call to a an alteration place just around the corner who make a couple of adjustments while I wander through more tourists. Very good experience....if they carried lederhosen I would be back on a more regular basis. read more

Loved the location of the store, of course the products carried in store are amazing. My husband was interested in a dinner jacket and we were trying to get service to pick the right one and both sales associates were chatting away at the register, and we had to ask for assistance, input and service. Even then, the associate that was helping us acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. I've worked in retail and if I were the manager of those two employees, they'd be having a discussion for sure. Two stars are knocked off solely because of poor customer service. read more

I walk i this store picked out 2 Dress Shirts and 2 Ties for work Lady was real nice to me, my wife walked in with my 2 kids and older daughter my daughter took a bite out of her pretzel the man behind the counter heals at her in the store saying Mam you can not eat in this store she apologize right away and he said to a young lady no class any more! Every time I go to Vegas, I like to leave with a new suite. Hugo Boss is always my go to. In terms of the line itself, there really isn't anything to say but impeccable! However, the real purpose of this review is to give major kudos to their sales, and especially, their on site taylor. The last two suites I purchased, they were able to accommodate my incredibly outrageous request for alterations on the same day. Without fail, both times they did it with a smile on their face. This is exactly the sort of high end service you would expect from one of the highest end lines. Thanks to the entire Hugo Boss staff at the forum shops location! Exceptional customer service by mr casey jones.we returned to fit an altered suit we purchased the previous day.the shoulder of the suit was distorted from the alteration so we dissatisfied with the final fit.had to ask for assistance as all staff members seems disinterested in acknowledging us and we're congregated around the cashiers area chatting away.i asked for a manager straight away because I could tell no one wanted to help anyway.im giving 5 stars only for Casey as he saved the day and handled the situation like a gentleman.other members of the store could learn a lot from him.no stars for them. read more
