The agent then transferred the call and I spoke with Paul to make an appointment. A day or two later I called back asking to reschedule. They seems to have availability and it's easy to switch to another date. On the day of I parked at the parking lot and two employees began working on removing and installing new front windshield. It was about 1 hour wait and I was able to drive home afterward. Paul gave me instructions on how to take care of it and gave me a receipt. My insurance takes care of the rest and I paid deductible. Anyway, since the procedure in November, he has had swelling in the affected knee. His physical therapist recommended that he ask for full compression stockings for night and day. We came and met with Aaron who was so very kind, attentive, and respectful to me and my husband. He measured my husband and ordered the full compression stockings. Today, we picked up the full compression stockings and Aaron spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the night and day ones. He even allowed me to videotape him so my husband could go back to the review the videos, if needed. He showed my husband how to use the more difficult day time stockings on one leg and had my husband do the other leg. Aaron explained so well that my husband was quickly up to speed. When my husband needs replacement full compression stockings, we will definitely come back.
