My husband had a knee replacement revision (basically, he had to have the hardwear removed due to a serious infection and a spacer put in). Anyway, since the procedure in November, he has had swelling in the affected knee. His physical therapist recommended that he ask for full compression stockings for night and day. We came and met with Aaron who was so very kind, attentive, and respectful to me and my husband. He measured my husband and ordered the full compression stockings. Today, we picked up the full compression stockings and Aaron spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the night and day ones. He even allowed me to videotape him so my husband could go back to the review the videos, if needed. He showed my husband how to use the more difficult day time stockings on one leg and had my husband do the other leg. Aaron explained so well that my husband was quickly up to speed. When my husband needs replacement full compression stockings, we will definitely come back. read more

This business can be a very important find for the right person. In my case, I have a leg length discrepancy. Many professionals do not take this situation seriously, or know much about it. But, I know how I am affected when I don't have the proper orthotic. Trouble going up and down stairs due to a sore knee (short leg) that has been slammed on the floor repeatedly. Poor posture that results in tension in the shoulders and neck. Anyway, Vito's understands the situation and was able to provide a new orthotic. I was properly fitted for all the equipment, given clear instruction on its use, and told to call anytime should I have further questions or concerns. If your Podiatrist or Orthopedic should instruct you to purchase or rent any equipment for your medical needs, I would strongly suggest you be sent here or that you tell your physician this is where you'd like to be referred. Excellent place. They really know what they are doing. They are kind and considerate. I recommend them without hesitation. I had soles made there for diabetes as well as I bought their shoes. I felt like a new person. A lot of care and attention was given to the process. I use to have diabetic ulcers and the soles really helped me. They have to be done right otherwise it rubs and irritates your feet which ultimately can cause an ulcer. I feel that it well worth the drive. Best place in South Cal! read more

I had an appointment on March 12, 2022 to get an ankle brace and custom insoles. After months of waiting to get my items, I was ill fitted with a brace too big which caused a blister on my heel. I took it back to them the next day and he said my size was out of stock and would be back in stock by next Thursday, May 24th. I called and they said they are still out of stock. The first issue that made me wait about 6 weeks before that was the mother told me the insurance wasn't paying but she knew they were covered. Too much drama and run around for me.
