Meat: Kalua Pork - The pork is decently flavorful and very tender, not dry at all. It's served in a ton of the braising liquid for some reason. The meat tastes mostly good with one major issue - it's way too salty. Like my mouth felt like it was getting desiccated with every bite and I had to chug water afterwards. That's not a pleasant feeling. I wonder if it's because we went near the end of the day and they were picking up the dregs of pork from the bottom of the container?
